About this cottage rental
Apple Cottage offers something a little different. Individually styled and furnished, it has more in common with a boutique hotel than a typical rural holiday home. Having two bedrooms, (one double and one twin room, both of which are en-suite) it sleeps 4 in cosy luxury.
Originally an old farmers cottage, the house was renovated and refurbished from head to toe using the very best materials and furnishings to create unique, stylish rooms such as the open plan master bedroom with roll top bath and chic 'Green room' with bi-folding doors opening out to the magnificent views, hot tub and garden.
We understand the importance of having a good kitchen when on holiday, where you have the time to cook and create, so you’ll appreciate the detail of quality with ours with features such as the bespoke butchers block, retro Smeg fridge/freezer, Laura Ashley kitchen table and of course cupboards stacked with useful appliances.

Thank you so much for an amazing stay! The house is lovely and well-equipped. Help from the service team was great. The best thing about the house is the location - so quiet and no people around. Just fields. Incredibly relaxing. The hot tub outside is fabulous too. We stayed with our toddler, and it all felt very safe. He had a great time too!
The only thing we missed was an umbrella for sun protection, but we were fully aware there would be no shade in the garden and no umbrella in the house.

Our stay at Apple Cottage was just what we were looking for, something quiet, secluded, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Our first impressions pulling up onto the gated drive was extremely positive and this followed through as we entered through the front door.
The place was very clean and well presented, and overall we really enjoyed our stay, the views were excellent, the hot tub was great and the outside garden and surrounding wide open fields was perfect.
Good communication from the host in the lead up to our stay was very good, this ensured we knew what we were doing once we arrived.

Apple cottage is absolutely stunning. The cottage was clean and had everything you could need. The garden is very private for when you are using the hot tub and both the bedrooms have en-suites. I will definitely be returning and have already had 2 people ask where I stayed so they can book! We had a lovely few days stay, our only wish is that we stayed longer!
