Great location and apartment, but gross bed sheets and pillows.

It was a really nice large studio apartment. Parking was close by and really easy to find, and the self checkin was very easy and well explained in their message ahead of arrival.

The bed sheets and pillows smelled of sweat and body odour, as though they had not been washed. We could not sleep well at all because of how gross an experience that was, and we were thankful we only had to spend one night. I would have given the apartment top ratings if it were not for this.

Acceptable stay downtown Graz with some inconvenience.

The location of the apartment is good for tourists who want to stay downtown.

No pillows in the apartment - what is provided does not count as pillows. Getting into the building is cumbersome : twice during the stay the buzzer at the entrance did not work. One time i had to wait 15 minutes for the host to open the door, the 2nd time, the cleaner just let me in. The TV did not work - there was audio from the TV set but no picture. I would look for another unit if i am in the Graz area again.

Exceptional

The apartments are in a good neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants. The instructions were very precise, we got into the flat quickly. The parking space is located nearby. The flat was very clean and cozy.

I do not recommend this apartment in the summer if you want to sleep more than 2 hours at night.

The apartment is located in the center, but in the street below the restaurant, so in the summer it is not possible to sleep all night with the window open. Until 3am, there was unbearable noise from the restaurant garden, and then at 5:30 a truck arrived, which began to unbearably throw boxes under the windows with incredible noise !!!. Since the apartment does not have air conditioning and is located in old building, there is very hot unbearably in the apartment, so there is only option to open the window. I definitely do not recommend this apartment in the summer if you want to sleep more than 2 hours at night.

We could’t find the apartments WiFi, for a longer stay it would have been catastrophic with two teenagers in the house🤭

Good place for a quick stay

The room itself was very nice and the location was really splendid, right next to the river and city centre. Really tall room and big comfy bed. The couch not too comfy though. I liked that there was coffe in the kitchen.

The wi-fi wasn't working, the info on the provided card didn't help and the contact person would not reply.

Well placed for exploring Graz

Easy to locate and close to the old town.

There was a smell of drains in the apartment (no 14). I notice that this was commented on in April 2022, so it would seem it's a problem again.The internet was connection was poor in the apartment, with little or no connection in the sleeping area.

was just a stop by on our longer trip, but made it worth to visit in the future for longer time, for sure also thanks to

great location, self check-in, parking very close to the apartment. clean, modern and all the main accessories in the kitchen, for longer stay (not our case) also washing machine, iron,…

parking provided needs card, which is in the apartment and needs to be left there at the end as well. but understandable due to location and self check-in.

Parking place is separated about two blocks away from the property, not too easy to find it and uncomfortable to take luggage to the apartment. Google or car navigation doesn't show clearly the correct route to the accomodation, a better description with a couple of photos - about how to enter the street, what buildings can be found there - would be useful.

Perfect location, clean and cosy apartment.

Thank you for the nice apartment. It is real good value for money. The location is perfect, the little flat is clean and quiet.

There is only one thing to mention: the double bed is a bit too soft for our taste. Other than that everything went perfectly well.

Good location, spacious, nice amenities, comfy bed. Shower head was really nice.

It'd be nice to know more details about the parking situation. Did not know there was a pedestrian area there, which I casually drove through because all the signs were in german and I know not even the slightest hint of it. Had to send my wife upstairs to get the key to the parking garage, while I drove around the block then picked her up again. All streets were no parking or at least that's how I interpreted it.

Nice Experience except WiFi

Very nice decorating, everything you need in an apartment. For us having parking close was a big plus.

Wifi was very unstable, slow and poor range in the bed area.
