The location is really good, and the place was very clean.

Location is really good. 5 min walk to the city center and a 15 min walk to Graz railwaystation. The room was clean and big enough.

The neighbourhood can get pretty bussy and loud. A couple of days before check in they sent a message with a link to a website where you could fill in your contact info but when we got to the appartment we had to fill in the same information on paper? It's not a lot of work but it's a bit weird to do double work.

Really I can’t fault it, it was clean and comfortable and very central location so super easy to get around

Space in the appartment was not sufficient for 4 people. I was quite surprice that there was not second normal bed (only sofa-bed) and that this sofa was not covered with bed linen

As for a Family there was no TV in property . Also we expected another apartment as was shown in pictures but was given absolutely different. That was a disappointment.

The location is good but only on the map.

The apartment is on the ground floor and the sun does not see it at all, so it is humid and you feel cold. It is not possible to heat individually because the heater is central. The radiators of the apartment did not work and they suggested that we either leave or go to another apartment at ten in the evening. Also, you can not leave the windows open because it is on the ground floor and there is a risk. The doors of the apartment are unsuitable and unsafe. There are nearby shops and fuss is possible. Also on the first night, drunk people were sitting outside the living room window.

The location is excellent!!! Right in old town, minutes from Kunsthaus, 3 minute walk to grocery stores. AC in bedroom, comfortable foam mattress, apart from stained sheet the apartment was clean and has everything you need!!

Sheet was stained and as a result didn't look very clean. Only 1 pillow and 1 twin blanket were on the dbl bed and found a 2nd blanket and pillow in a drawyer but unclear whether they were washed and clean?

Small bathroom and no TV

We booked a smaller room on the first floor -- a tiny entrance hall with a kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom. Simple, in a good sense, and adequately furnished. Coffee machine was a nice touch. Everything looked brand new and the place was spotlessly clean. Clear communication throughout our booking, confirmation and arrival. Very well located, most places of interests are in pleasant walking distance. I would stay there again.

Very poor WiFi. Electronic lock system meant we couldn't check in a minute before 15:00. Although not a big problem, the area might be little noisy for some.
