Ava‘s Home was really central in Hanoi but also in a really quiet location. Everything was easy to find and very comfortable and clean. Ava was a huge help when we stayed there and gave us a lot of recommendations for food and sightseeing. She also organized our SIM cards for us and was always extremely friendly and there for us.

There was no lift , our room was on the 5th floor , it doesn’t look like in the photo, not value for money .
