Os quartos são muito confortáveis, o hotel está muito bem localizado, muito sossegado. A piscina é muito agradável, sempre com espreguiçadeiras disponíveis. A comida é bastante boa, mas pouca variedade. Os funcionários são de uma extrema simpatia, um obrigado especial ao funciona da receção, Kiril, pela sua constante disponibilidade e simpatia
A casa de banho tem um cheiro intenso a esgoto bastante desagradável. No restaurante, não repõem as sobremesas, para poder provar alguns doces tínhamos de ir jantar às 19.00, o que não faz sentido.

Otel beklentilerimizin çok üstündeydi odalar temiz ve çok geniş ferahti.Resepsiyonda çok güzel karşılandık temizlikde çalışanlar çok kibar ve caliskandi.Yemekler kahvaltı çok güzeldi mutfakta Fatma hanım çok güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi öğlen ve akşam yemeklerindede çok çeşit vardı ve yemekler çok lezzetliydi mutfak çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve kibardi biz domuz eti konusunda hassas oldugumuz için çok tereddütlü idik ama herseyin üstünde neden yapıldığı belirten fotoğraf vardı hiç sorun yaşamadık havuz barda calisnalarda çok kibar ve ilgiliydi.Nesebar bölge olarak çok güzeldi otelden çıktıktan sonra eski nesabarida gezdik tavsiye ederim taş sokaklar mükemmeldi
