Alison was so kind. Bed was comfortable. Having AC was game changing. Shower options were good. Clean.
I think there could have been an extra toilet but not make or break.

New hostel, very clean, with a comfortable bed. The host was helpful and answered all my questions. The free fruit, cookies, coffee, and chocolate milk were a lifesaver since I arrived during siesta hours when shops and restaurants were closed.

The breakfast was simple and with a bonus coffee machine, the water pressure was amazing and the bathrooms were very roomy, the beds were so comfy and there was alot of though put into the ergonomics of this hostel like a specific place to put camino shoes and eevn if u are on the top bunk the steps are flat wooden ones were they dont hurt your feet and there are also these leather straps attached to you can hold it as you get up and lots of plugs to charge electronics !! and the location was in front of a beautiful catederal!

Another bunk bed style Hostel on our pilgrimage on the Camino Português. It was a place to get some rest and the value was ok.
When we checked in all the bottom bunks were already given out even though booking as a couple we were used to being assigned one top and one bottom bunk. The top bunks were very difficult to get in and out of and for us in our 60’s it was actually not safe. The dryer was out of service and there was limited newspaper to dry out our shoes after a day hiking in the rain. Overall, not a good experience. There was not a lot of space between bunks, and having a top bunk made it even harder to get ready in the morning.
