Location was awesome, rooms were super clean and tidy. The owner was very helpful lady, I was surprised. I really loved this place! It’s perfect for two 🥹

Outstanding experience

Anna, the hostess showed exceptional communication skills. She gave us clear directions to the property and took some time off work to meet us. She kept us informed on what was going on in Venice and how to get around. She is a real example of hostess. I give her 10/10 !!! The apartment is comfortable and clean, with cooking facilities.

Very small and basic TV (great when chilling out after busy days out of around 20000 steps). Far too soft pillows.

8 / 10

Great value for Venice, spacious, 5* experience but 3* bathroom.

Quiet once the restaurant closes and even when it’s open, away from the main crowds, pizza 2000 right outside for a snack, convenient-ish access from the train. Pietro was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful, accommodating and communicative. Spacious, quaint, laundry facilities a huge plus. For the price in the area you really can’t go wrong. Doors were gorgeous and building was from the 1700s.

It was hot in August and AC unit would definitely complete the apartment even on ground level. Bathroom was a little dated and musty, could use a facelift. Few extra towels would be great for longer stay. A few bottles of water to get started would be appreciated.

Wygodne, czyste i całkiem dobrze urządzone mieszkanie. W kuchni są wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty do przygotowania śniadania. Wygodne łóżko. Znakomita lokalizacja. Na szczególną pochwałę zasługuje Anna, która nas miło powitała, przekazała wiele cennych uwag i spełniła moje prośby o dodatkowe rzeczy w mieszkaniu.

Nie ma takich rzeczy.
