Situated in Cape Coral, this charming villa for $350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. The elegant villa is located in the southernmost and most interesting part of Cape Coral. Dream view of the water: It is one of the few plots on the Nimrod Canal. From the dock and the 25-meter captains walk you can watch dolphins and manetees, go fishing and enjoy the view of the tropical garden with palm trees. The extraordinarily large plots of land in the neighborhood guarantee you peace and privacy. A special variant for family friends: You can spend your vacation with friends and still maintain your privacy: Simply rent for max. 16 people our two neighboring houses dolphin view (2451400) and blue marlin (2463457). In just a few minutes you can reach the Gulf of Mexico via the sailboat canal, without bridges - a dream for all boaters. You can moor your boat directly at the in-house dock or on one of the two boat lifts. The Villa Dolphin View was extensively renovated by us in summer 2015 and furnished very tastefully. The high-quality kitchen with a granite worktop, wine fridge and central hob leaves nothing to be desired. The luxurious ambience of the villa is not comparable to usual holiday homes, since we also use the villa privately. It has only been rented to holiday guests since the end of 2015. The living area is approximately 250sqm. The large glass fronts flood the rooms with light. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely. All rooms are equipped with TV and fans. Two separate ones Master areas are equipped with private bathrooms, bedrooms with king-size beds and walk-in closets. Perfect for vacationing with two families or visiting grandparents. Two lovingly furnished queen size bedrooms with the themes 'Seastar' and 'Blue Ocean' are a dream for children! Our own four children were involved in the room design. The spacious terrace with a heated pool and whirlpool is covered in the dining area. A large gas grill, pool lighting and comfortable lounge chairs invite you to cozy barbecues on the terrace. Beach chairs, beach towels, a cool box and a parasol are available for your beach excursions. On request, we would be happy to make you an offer for renting our Yamaha Jet Boat (see picture) for max. 11 people with 360 HP. It's right on the house. We enjoyed the stay so much we have already booked our return. This is a spacious, ranch-style home with two generous master suites, comfortable furniture, and an open plan kitchen and living room. The long dock affords a pleasant water view beyond the pool. Cool weather this trip meant we only used the hot tub, but that was well-liked by all. Great communication with both the owner and the local property manager.

Property is just as advertised and displayed. The interior is a bit dated but that was not an issue and I would not hesitate renting it again. The property manager was very friendly, personable, and available. One small leak we had was repaired immediately. I liked the location - near a main canal so lots of boats to watch.

It is a very good setup for multiple families vacationing together. House was nice good pool area and a great location. Did not disappoint. Great sunset views and we did end up having a dolphin swim by on our last night there!

Dolphin View is a wonderful place to stay. The owners and property manager are very detailed oriented. They are always improving the property, which, by the way, does not need much improvement.
There are two master suites with king beds and 2 smaller bedrooms with queen beds. The kitchen is open to the dining & living areas with easy access to the large lanai and pool. We love watching the many boats coming and going on the canals and seeing dolphins near the dock. We even saw a manatee in the canal this year.
Can't saw enough about this property. Love it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house, the view is even better than pictures. The location is very close to the Marina, restaurants, and Publix. House is well equipped with pool toys, beach chairs, and coolers. Pool is very large, and spa was a welcomed plus during the colder than usual Christmas holiday. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay
We had a wonderful time during our stay. Every thing was as advertised! We had a couple small things pop up while there, but I reached out to Chris the property manager and he jumped right on it! I would highly recommend!

The two master bedrooms were perfect. We had my husband’s parents with us and we all had plenty of room to spread out.
The pool, hot tub and canal were the highlight! It was so relaxing to enjoy that view everyday. My husband, sons and our good friend enjoyed many hours of fishing and boat watching.
We brought our golden retriever with us and she had just as much fun as we did! We loved the fact that she was able to be with us. We were able to take her to a dog-friendly beach on Sanibel Island.
Our favorite restaurant was FINS Seafood & Bar. It’s not on the water, but it was better than a lot of the restaurants on the water! So tasty that some in the group went back a second time!
The only regret we had was that my husband had to work a lot on this trip. That was unexpected, but we made the most of it.
We highly recommend this house! If we get a chance to go back, we will definitely rent a boat next time!

Perfect multi-family house in a GREAT location
What a wonderful home for two families as this property has two master suites. Plenty of room for all, large kitchen with everything you need, great outdoor space and fabulous pool/hot tub combo!
The location is excellent! Sits on the north side of the canal, so you have sun exposure almost all day. The house name is Dolphin View and this is well described as we saw dolphins during early evening daily. There is a grocery store about 3 minutes away and multiple marinas within 5 minutes. The property has direct gulf access, I recommend a weekly boat rental.
Overall we enjoyed a wonderful week at this property and in Cape Coral!

Loved our stay at this home
Our stay at Dolphin View was amazing. The house, pool, sunsets, fishing right off the dock was spectacular. We caught so many different kinds of species including a sting ray. Our family so loved the spacious house and beautiful pool and hot tub. One reviewer committed on rat feces, it is not rat feces it is gecko feces, and none was around the pool area. We did see a couple of geckos but they were not a nuisance and when you are down south expect to see them. We were unable to rent the boat from the owner so we rented one through a rental place which I would highly recommend doing if the owners is not available. We did see dolphins around the home but you will be able to see more boating the canals, and loved boating to Sanibel Island. Don't hesitate to book this house as you will not go wrong. We are starting to come up with dates for 2024 to book again!!!! Thank you Nicole and family to opening your house for us. It is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!

Serenity at its best!
Dolphin View is in a wonderful location! There are many great restaurants in Cape Coral and a couple of nice golf courses as well.
We can not say enough about this property; as we loved our time there. It is well equipped, the pool and lanai are beautiful. We love watching all of the boats coming and going. We saw dolphins and a couple of manatees near the dock, which never gets old!
The two master suites are on opposite sides of the house with the two queen bedrooms sharing the third bath, which is also accessible from the pool area.
The owner and the property manager are both fantastic to work with! Both are very responsive to any inquiries or needs.

We had a fabulous stay at Dolphin View. The home was clean and spacious. We loved the pool and spa and enjoyed watching all the boats. Disappointed we didn’t see any dolphins or manatees near by but would definitely stay again! Thank you for sharing your home. We are looking forward to coming back.

Rat feces all over the lanai
the pool and hot tub were great, when we got there the slider in the junior master was not working texted Chris he came and fixed it, he set the AC on 72 we did not change it and not knowing why the overage on electric is now 200.00 seems very high . Told Chris about the Rat feces all over the lanai, we had to clean it up was not a clean area when we got here also had to sweep the area down by the boat dock it too was full of rat feces, they did come and put down a rat trap and took it out on 4 days later but never brought one back, the rats made holes in the screens of the lanai was how they got in and out. we made sure there was no food out there ever for them to get into, the grill was not useable it was disgusting, had ants everywhere in the house. I paid almost 5000.00 to rent this house I am from up state NY so was not going to leave we made the best of it and kept killing the ants and sweeping up rat feces, not going to give a good review and not going to share this on line hope they will take care of this problem and I do not feel in 2 weeks we used 200.00 dollars of electric so I am not going to pay it and will dispute it on my card

Dolphin View is a perfect home for a family vacation. It is roomy, comfortable and in a beautiful location. Chris the property manager is very responsive to any needs that arise. The waterway is beautiful and great for fishing and boating with lots of dolphin sightings. Everyone loved the pool and large screened patio too!

Great House for Two Families
We were two families of four who stayed in this house. It was very comfortable, clean and a perfect layout. Great location, great house!
The location is terrific because it’s a nice quiet neighborhood but convenient to go on day trips, tours, to restaurants and grocery. It’s also on a canal intersection; even if you’re not a boater, it’s fun people watching.
The house is just about perfect. Exactly as the listing detailed. Everything was excellent quality. We really enjoyed the pool and spa and surrounding patio area.
Property manager was very responsive and friendly when contacted about a couple of small issues (blown out lightbulb in a shower and an unbalanced ceiling fan). Both issues were fixed immediately.
If you have mobility issues (for example a sprained knee) be aware there are no handrails in the pool or spa and no steps within the spa. Our group got a little creative and everyone was able to enjoy their stay.
This was a great rental and our group would love to return again!

Wonderful Stay at a beautiful property
We wanted a get away from the COViD stress we’ve all been experiencing, so decided to drive to FL from CT to stay at Dolphin View. What a fantastic property to stay at after a LONG drive! Everything was clean and beautiful, and great size! Kitchen is awesome and fully equipped. We only needed groceries from Publix, who delivered. So relaxing. We also rented a boat and we’re able to dock it right outside the pool house door. Highly recommend, we will be back?
