Located in Palm Harbor, this lovely house for $225 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This is the best location in Pinellas County with over 30 acres of private community park including paved walking trails, 4 lighted tennis courts, basketball hoops, and playgrounds. Take a look at the map, your options are AWESOME. Google “Honeymoon Island State Park” an unspoiled natural paradise of Gulf beaches and wildlife sanctuary. Take a ferry to Caladesi Island State Park where you’ll lose your breath the first time you emerge from the nature trail onto the Gulf shores. You might spend your entire day on the Dunedin Causeway, beautiful water on both sides, where everyone does their own thing (fishing, swimming, sleeping, reading, watching, walking, biking, running, kayaking, sailing, whatever). Love the sunset? Pick just about any place nearby, including Dunedin Causeway, Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Park, Crystal Beach (bring your camera, the beauty is calming to the soul). What else? This is a huge home with three bedrooms and two full baths. There are two living rooms a dinning room and huge kitchen, with bar and table. Plenty of room for families to spread out r up to 3 couples. Large patio, pool, with plenty of shade and a grill. Lots of amenities were provided and Craig was available usually immediately whenever we had questions. Thank you Craig! Peg & Allen

This was perfect for our family of 5. This property was clean and comfortable. It's location was perfect for us. We were able to easily go to Tampa and Clearwater from the home's location. Craig was easy to communicate with and promply answered all of our questions and needs.

We stayed over spring break and had a very comfortable stay. Upon entering the home there was jazz music playing on the tv and the place was very clean. Pool floats and air pump provided. Keurig and regular coffee maker provided. Books, games, iron, hairdryer, towels, beach chairs, coolers. Night light in kids room. My kids loved the daily visit from Oscar the great egret. We loved the outdoor area near the pool and had plenty of room for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). We ate most of our meals out there. All kitchen utensils you could need were provided. We flew in so it was great to have everything there. Close to grocery stores and easy drive to Clearwater beach. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

The home is a relaxing home away from home. Craig was attentive and check in was easy. The purpose of our visit was to spend time with our family so we spent most of our time hanging out by the pool. The home has everything you need for your stay. I do wish I had brought my own pillow but I would definitely recommend staying at this home!

The 1st day entering the house, i walked in, I smelled CLEAN, it hit me right in the face! That is most important for me with house rentals. The house was clean and fresh smelling. Location is great, nice quiet neighborhood. Craig is very tentative, and Quick responding to all of my needs. The Laundry room was heaven, perfect separate private space, good quality wash & Dryer. All the beds are SUPER comfy, good quality sheets are used. I would recommend this house especially for Families to stay. It is spaces, and the 2 living spaces are a plus, The couches are like sitting on clouds. My introvert daughter had her own personal space to hangout in during the night, instead of staying in her room. she loved it. I would absolutely stay in this house again. Jo

This is the second time we have stay at this property. Its in a great location and the pool was great but felt the property needed to be updated and better maintained. All the plates and glasses in the kitchen are either cracked or chipped. Most of the kitchen unit handles were also loose. The lights above the kitchen unit were not working apart from one light bulb. When we arrived the pool was not clean and moss had built up over time around the waterfall - the area around the waterfall does need cleaning - (the pool guy came a week later only to sort the pool out). There was four of us but only three sun loungers - one which was broken. When we went to the beach there were no folding chairs (apart from the rust and mouldy ones on the patio area), nor a sun umbrella. I reached out to Craig but he said the previous one was broken - why not go out and replace it was my thought - so I went and bought one which Craig said he would refund me. Unfortunately, there was no comeback on the chairs. In the bathroom next to the twin bedded room the toilet flush does not work properly and on occasions would not shut of so I manually had to sort out. In fact both bathrooms could do with a refurbish as well as the kitchen. It would also be useful if Craig provided updated information on the area (not just what he send out) and instructions on how the door locking system worked - especially as we had never seen that type of lock before. However, do not let you put this off as its a great property in a great location but needs to be better maintained.
