Nestled in Palm Harbor, this lovely house for $186 per night is a great option for your next break. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is located in a quiet community and will sleep up to 8 guests. This home is perfect for the adventurous type. There are plenty of activities to do just minutes away from the house including, restaurants, boat launches and The Pinellas Trail. Another perk, you are located only 20 minutes away from Clearwater Beach and other local hotspots. This home comes packed with your entertainment needs, including a 65” TV in the living room and a TV located in each bedroom. We also offer cable and WIFI for your streaming and viewing pleasure. If watching TV on vacation isn’t your gig, the fenced in backyard also offers a great place to relax. Enjoy sitting in Gazebo and grilling your favorites on the grill. Bring a Boat? There is plenty of space to park it at home, when you aren’t enjoying yourself out on the water. This house is located only 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach and 40 minutes from other Tampa Bay attractions. Please note that there is no swimming at this home, therefor we don't supply any beach equipment. We recommend you bring your own if you plan to visit a nearby beach. We allow up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $150.00. You can add a third animal for another $50 fee. Our homes will only accommodate up to 3 pets, per reservation. There is one security camera located at the front door. This will be running during your entire stay. TV is Wi-Fi streaming only using apps such as Netflix. Please bring your log in information for those apps as you will need them. There is no cable. It is a Roku device which does have the Roku channel for some free tv. Visitors who remain in the home after 9 pm will be considered extra guests and you will be charged as such. Visitors are any persons not listed in the reservation. Quiet time is from 9 pm until 7am. To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures by blocking off 24 hours before and after a guest has stayed in the home.

Needed a place in Palm Harbor near our kids home and to visit our new grandson. Location was excellent and price was much better than other homes in the area. Plenty of space for four adults with additional rooms for other family visitors as well. Decor is dated and a bit different, but space was plentiful. We cleaned all faucets and shower heads because we noticed mold and replaced an air filter during our stay. Towels could use replacements, dishes, utensils a bit worn and old as well. Excellent washer and dryers (multiple), and again, the space itself was plenty big enough for all of us. Communication with manager got off to a bit of a rocky start (misunderstanding), but improved quickly and Tammy was responsive with all our concerns and accommodating to extra family visitors on and off throughout the month. Location was excellent to downtown Palm Harbor (1/2 mile) and easy access to plenty around us. Overall an enjoyable stay in a nice sized home, in need of a bit of updating, but at a very reasonable price. Would have no issues using again.

We came to Tampa for the Valspar golf championship and the house we stayed in was great. Clean, close to the venue and perfect for our size group would stay there again.

Great neighborhood, nice new appliances, TVs in every room, and speedy response from host. Unfortunate the air and water quality was sub par (mildew/mold in AC units and water filter not changed before long term rental). House Response from home maintenance was disappointing - indicating our concerns were to be expected and we could fix ourselves. Regular lawn service not seen. Unilikely building could handle 8 guests for more than a few days, sink drainage and toilet flushing was marginal. Welcome booklet needs updating. Comparing to other properties in area the price was too high.

The home is roomy with huge TVs Big shower and two laundry machines All kitchen gadgets you would need and updated appliances The beds are not that comfortable, but it’s not a deal breaker Convenient location - walking distance to several restaurants down town and a 5 min drive to honeymoon island beach Many grocery stores etc very close by Tammy was very quick to reply with any questions

The house was clean but had a mildew odor we bought some air freshener and that took care of the odor. The fabric on the canopy in the backyard needs to replaced. Whoever stayed there before us did not clean up after there dog. I can see missing 1 or 2 droppings but there was a lot of droppings I had to clean up. I cleaned up after my dog. If I missed any I apologize. I cleaned up every day. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend staying there.

Property was a little dated and could use some monitor upgrades, but overall if you’re looking for a central location and need up to 4 BRs this property will definitely fit your needs. The 2 1/2 BRs were great to have as we were up to 8 people at one point. Tammy was swift to return calls & we enjoyed our time there.

Nicely updated home in a quiet, peaceable neighborhood. Easy access to many activities. Backyard needs a little attention, but sufficient for our needs. Would stay there again.
