About this house rental
Located in Tarpon Springs, this lovely house for $232 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This is a darling 2 bedroom /2 bath home, sleeps 7. The house is centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood between Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. It is on a deep water canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, no bridges. Bring your own boat or rent ours . We rent our 24' pontoon boat for just $75 per day/night. Our policy is that you rent it at that price for your entire stay . If you only want it for one day or are only staying for two nights, it is $200. We also have two paddle boards and two kayaks included in the house rental. Both excellent for flats fishing... rod and reels included! The master bedroom has a king size bed, its own bath, and a private sitting room. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the living room has a queen pull out couch, and a chair and a half with a pull out twin bed. Pac N Play and High chair also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cook top, full oven, microwave, refrigerator, ice make, beverage cooler and dishwasher. Washer and dryer included and a large pantry to stock up for your family and guests. Included is a 65” smart flat screen TV and 5g WIFI. We also have added a portable desk and chair for you to set up to work from home. Screened in porch and large deck overlook the dock and water view. The Deck include a large gas grill and a Green Egg grill. The location is close to the Pinellas bike trail and Innisbrook golf resort. Plenty of great restaurants locally.

The house was immaculate and we loved having access to the pontoon boat. Our teenage boys enjoyed fishing from the dock and taking the kayaks out. We also loved using the gas grill. Ruth was very quick to respond to our questions.

What a great place to relax and enjoy time with family! I can not say one negative thing about our experience. The home was clean and had almost anything needed for a fun vacation - beach towels, a cooler, kayaks, a boat, a grill, and even an ice machine. Being that it is a 2 bedroom I assumed it would be a bit small, but that was not the case at all. There was plenty of space and a lot of seating inside and out, and the back deck was so beautiful and relaxing. This home will not disappoint. We are already talking about reserving again next year.

My family and I spent a weekend at this beautiful property and it was wonderful! Ruth was an amazing host with incredible communication! We enjoyed using the boat and visiting Three Rooker Island that is just over 4 miles from the property. We will be back Ruth and thank you again for everything!

After a few long days at Disney World, this property is just what our family needed. A quiet street with direct dock access to the canal, our family loved spending time on the outdoor deck watching dolphins swim by. Very close to the sponge docks, local beaches and shopping, it is the perfect basecamp for a Gulf vacation. Ruth is a very responsive and kind host, with prompt and clear communication. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Ruth!

Property was exactly as described. The house was clean, cute, and perfect for our family if 5. We rented the boat, which was the best part of staying here. The barrier islands are beautiful and we had no idea how wonderful our time out exploring the islands would be. I would recommend this place to friends for a wonderful, relaxing vacation for sure! A little far from Tampa and attractions or places to visit, one hour away at least, but if you are looking to relax, the house and location to go out on the boat is amazing!

Have rented this property twice. Everything you need is there. Needed to contact the hosts regarding some questions and received prompt reply. Nice being on the water. Quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! We especially enjoyed the paddle boards, beach supplies, and taking the boat out to Honeymoon Island. We will definitely rent this house again:)

This was an excellent location with access to a boat and beautiful little islands in the gulf. Ruth and Garrison were excellent hosts. The community was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely go back and back again.

Great way to celebrate a birthday getaway!
We live locally and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway celebrating my moms birthday. They had absolutely everything you can think of for fishing, kayaking, beach, boating, etc. My kids did not want to come inside! The host leave tons of information and if you have any questions they were quick to respond!

The home was just as she described and was clean and well kept. Nice deck on back that we enjoyed. We did not use the CB pontoon boat or kayaks as we were here for a wedding. But this home is A+ if you are looking for a nice 2 bd/2 bath!

We couldn’t have happier with our stay. Everything is just what you’d expect from the pictures and description. Kayaking along the canal was a real highlight. King bed was firm which is our preference. There are many cute little towns nearby to visit. Thank you to the owners.

Great house, great location.
The home is located right on the waterway giving access to the protected waters of St Joseph Sound. The house has Terraza flooring throughout which is absolutely beautiful. The two bathrooms were great and the Kitchen had equipment we needed. The two bedrooms had room for 2 people each with additional pullout beds in the living room. My brother, sister and niece had more than enough room. The owner clearly has thought out everything and the provided binder will give you all the information you need if you take the time to read it. We opted to use their optional pontoon boat and found it a joy. The canal is tricky and shallow waters abound but if you refer to the binder you should be O.K. You are asked to return the boat with a full tank when you leave and that could not be easier. Four 5-gallon cans of gas are provided and you simply need to pay for whatever gas you use. I have stayed at several VRBOs and especially impressive is the thoughtfulness of the owner who supplied lots of items including disposable items to make the stay more enjoyable. The property is very well maintained and I highly recommend.

Watch the ospreys, egrets, herons and gulls. Take a walk down to the end of the subdivision at watch sunset from the shore with an assorted crowd of like minded people. Just enjoy the nice weather, sunshine and a cool glass of purified water. Best TV and interface we have ever used. If you can't find something to do here, I would be astonished!
