The location is really convenient, very close to the metro station, so you are in the city center really quickly. There are also supermarkets, bars and restaurants minutes away from the stay wich was great.
The studio is small but very well planned out, so it doesn't feel small. And we had everything we needed for the weekend trip.
The communication with the host agency was awful. It felt like I was chatting with a robot not a human being. We were told we could check in earlier if the apartment was ready and then when we asked about it all we were getting was the same word-to-word message about how they will try. In the end we got the information about how to check in at 3:45 pm, 15 minutes before the official check in time, which actually had us worried if we were even going to get the information.
Additionally, when we entered the room, it was so hot and stuffy, you couldn't even breathe in it and it felt like the window hasn't been open in days.
The air conditioning did not work, there was no way to cool the room down to something comfortable.
The carpet was stained in several places and the pillows were not comfortable to sleep on.

Check in process was well communicated by message. If you put the address into google maps it, does not take you exactly to the apartment but we’re able to find it by checking the street name and then finding the right number.
The property is much worse condition than shown by photos. The sheets/ bedding were clean but very cheap. There is a lot of damage to walls, peeling paint, mouldy bathroom, stained carpets.
