The location was perfect and a great base for our holiday. Evelyn was a perfect host with nothing being too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and Evelyn was happy to accommodate changes, such as scrambled egg instead of fried. The bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage.
The stairs up to our top floor room were fine for us but might have been a problem for those who are less mobile as they were steep and quite narrow in one place. This should be mentioned in the description as this room might not be suitable for all.

Great location, shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes away. Bus and train station 8 minutes away

The property was very clean and well positioned for the local amenities it also benefited from having on site parking Evelyn was a perfect host and made our stay top notch her breakfast is fabulous also.

We had a pleasant stay in Dunvegan. Our host, Evelyn, has looked after us so very well. She was very attentive to our needs and remembers fine details of our preferences.
The English breakfast is delicious served in a dining room that is cosy. She serves breakfast with a glass of orange juice and choice of hot drink. I am so pleased I have a pot of tea each day! There is also a bowl of cereal to start with if you fancy.
The place is very clean. There is outdoor seating surrounded by flowering plants. It is near restaurants, supermarkets, buses. A short walk to the station and a lovely walk to Bowness.
Our room was a double (it was the only one available at the time of booking) and it was the smallest in the house. It was a tad tiny but there is room to manoeuvre. This was not a problem for us as we were aware. The more important aspect was that the room was very clean. Crisp linen and soft towels. Clean bathroom and warm shower. Everything was lovely, comfortable and welcoming.
