The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. They even brought our dog some sausage to enjoy!
We stayed in a four poster bedroom which was a little tired and our curtains didn't completely close. Occasional weak WiFi signal.
A good location for exploring Windermere and easy to use car park.
It's a four star hotel but the service was five star.

Great one night stay after a hike with a friend. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast was nice. Building could probably do with an upgrade but it’s good value for money. Will definitely stay here again when in the area
