The best points about The Coppice are that the staff are lovely and friendly, the breakfast is cooked perfectly and it has its own car park. It was about a 20 min walk into Bowness but we didn’t mind that too much as the weather was good.
Loved our room which was in the annex and had its own private garden where we enjoyed relaxing with a cup of tea.
Would recommend and would definitely return.

Lovely room shame it was on third floor and no lift. No toilet on ground floor.
Lovely breakfast and good choice, the son was an excellent waiter! Beverley made an excellent host, good knowledge of area.
Shame it was a 20 minute long walk up and down quite a hill, but quite good bus service into Bowness and areas of the Lakes

We had such a fantastic stay. We booked very last minute but we were not disappointed at all.
We were greeted on arrival and could not wish for a better experience. We were given so much information about the local area, given a map and told what sites to see and had a fabulous recommendation for two restaurants.
The rooms are beautifully clean and the breakfast was delicious.
I would say the Personal touch was so much better than staying in a hotel and it wasn’t just a guest house. It was more like staying in a hotel.
We will definitely come back.
