Lovely room with a really comfortable bed.
The room was a decent size too.
Great tea & coffee supplies in the room.
Staff were very friendly & helpful.
Breakfast was lovely.
The lack of parking is frustrating as it gets really busy in the town & it was very hard to park anywhere nearby initially & we then had to move the car a couple of times which was fine but a little annoying when you’re trying to enjoy your stay

Great area to stay in the centre of Llangollen.
The room was very small
Staff did not advise on arrival if you wanted to eat evening meal with themselves you would need to book a table.
Did not have any availability Saturday evening very disappointed especially as we had travelled with our two dogs and didn’t want to go out in the evening after being out all day.
Did not see many staff to ask any questions you may have. Also no check in area just checked in at the bar with a bar person.
