Lots of space in the room / suite for both us and the dogs and very welcoming for our fur babies too. The breakfast was good
No hearing but we didn’t know about storage heating in wardrobe

Good location. Had a car park. Plenty of hot water and a good shower.
Needed totally updating, bathroom ok but everything was very dated. Other than asking us what we wanted for breakfast we had absolutely no engagement from staff. When we left no one asked how our stay had been, just said have a nice day 🤷🏻‍♀️!
