A dog under 35 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. There is also a $10 fee collected by Sandpiper Cove on-site. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Sandpiper Cove allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

Fully furnished kitchen, living room / dining area with balcony access off of the dining area, one bedroom with a king size bed, and a bathroom with a large garden tub. Living room has a sofa sleeper with a cozy mattress. Has a washer/dryer Boat docks can be rented for an additional fee.
*This condo now has COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE while in season* Pet Friendly. The Sandpiper Cove Association charges a $10 pet fee. We charge a non-refundable pet fee of $100 as well.

This is a nice one bedroom. The bed and bedding are great. We loved the outlet on top of the headboard makes it great to plug up your Phone & watch! Kitchen is well stocked … we didn’t cook but used the coffee pot & refrigerator. Bathroom is a bit dated but shower worked great. We brought our dogs. Very easy in & out to let them potty. We’d stay here again.

Very nice!!! Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Loved it being pet friendly and very accessible to the beach. Will definitely be back

The unit was rather old, I would rate it as okay overall. Cleanliness was good though!
