About this house rental

Nestled in Tolovana Park, this attractive house for $1,000 per night is a great choice for your next break. This is a Dutch colonial house on a quiet gravel street that sits 200 feet from the beach down a gravel road. This house has an open floor plan on the first floor. Upstairs, the house has 4 bedrooms and will comfortably sleep 8 adults, 10-12 if you are packing in kids too. There is a detached, heated bunk house with one set of bunks. We do not do short term rentals. Minimum Stay is 4 weeks. We have been on VRBO for 10 years with many happy customers. The four bedrooms are quiet, upstairs and allow for privacy. We have an outdoor shower for cleaning off sand for your pets, well behaved dogs are welcome. The house is mid-beach of the most beautiful beaches on earth! The beach stretches for more than 5 miles in total length and 300 yards wide. We have a full kitchen with dishwasher brand new appliances. They kitchen was fully remodled in 2018. It is a delight to cook in and very easy to clean. We have prepared many, many gourmet meals here and a large assortment of equipment, utensils, cutlery and serving trays await you. The living room has several large couches. It is ideal for cards, talking and sitting by the large gas fireplace. We have a large, Gas fireplace that makes the whole house warm. The floors are radiant heat. We have HI Speed wifi through Spectrum. The upstairs bedrooms are large, 200 square feet each. The bed arrangement: 1: King Bed 2: King Bed 3: King Bed 4: twin, twin. new beds and bedding summer 2023 We built this home with large family gatherings in mind especially including kids of all ages - like our family! The downstairs is open for parties and hosting. A full service, brand new grocery store and bakery (including espresso, baked goods and prepared meals) is a 200 yard walk. This home is exactly what relaxation is all about. So very comfortable and airy and bright. Fireplace is the perfect place for your morning coffee. Kitchen is fun to cook in, everything tastes better at the beach. The quick walk to the beach is where the magic continues. The owners are so easy to communicate with. Enjoy your stay.

We loved everything about our stay in Amy and Eric’s Beach house. The renovation several years ago is just as described and overall the house is attractive and very practical and easy to keep clean. We live in Portland and had family coming back and forth some during the month, which was easy to do. Amy is great to work with during the rental process. We hope to return. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at the Tolovana Park house for six weeks. We had a great stay and were a little blue once it came time to leave. We were only two except for a few days when there were up to six people staying. Everyone loved it. This house can handle a large group and would be great for a family gathering. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Definitely a five-star property.

The house is beautiful. The main floor is a lovely open concept that's much larger than it seems in the photos. There are lots of nice spaces that feel separate-ish so there can be different zones of activity, while all still feeling connected & together. The kitchen is phenomenal -- I found it a real dream to cook in. The furnishings are both nice & comfortable. The space is bright & cheery. The bedrooms are also nicely furnished & very comfortable. I slept in one of the rooms closest to the ocean and fell asleep to the sounds of the waves every night. The location is fantastic. It's mere steps to the beach and it's on my favorite stretch of Cannon Beach on the southern end. At low tide you can walk south straight through to Arcadia beach. All of my communication with the hosts was also great. They were incredibly helpful anytime I had a question. I cannot recommend this place more! Staying here was such a treat. Thank you Amy & Eric!

This is a great house, in a fantastic location. We spent 5 weeks and want to come back. A truly great, modern, relaxing beach stay. we loved it and loved the owners who were more than gracious and made everything easy.

Our second stay here. They have updated kitchen, bathrooms and floors etc since our last stay and house looks great. Kitchen in particular was fun to work in with an impressive gas range, a good range of equipment and some helpful pantry items. House was very clean and owner very responsive to any questions. New very good grocery store at this end of beach made it even more convenient. Hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful time, the owners were so nice & we had great communication with them! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, the proximity to the beach was fantastic. Our dog was welcome as well which made for an even more enjoyable trip. We'd definitely recommend this property!

Loved our stay, plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. The beach truly is very close, and the weather was great for April so the dogs could run off energy or play near the water. The outside shower with warm water was great to clean paws (THEY didn't think so...) and we appreciated that too! The kitchen was well equiped and there was plenty of seating at the dining table. Walking to town was do-able but walking the beach was the BEST! Thank you for a great weekend full of family memories!

Our 1st annual family girl getaway was wonderful and the beach house was a dream! Perfectly situated with wonderful amenities: great seating, large table for feast & games, well-equipped kitchen, great internet access (we are all addicted to Pinterest...). We enjoyed long walks on the beach, bonfires & marshmallows, the cute town of Cannon Beach, hiking around Ecola & crabbing at the Jetty Fishery on Nehalem Bay...we had 2 glorious days of sunshine and 2 rainy days which gave us the excuse to cozy up inside! We range in age from 25 to 63, & came from MD, TX, OK, CO, WA & OR and the 8 of us had the best trip ever! Thank you to Eric for being a gracious & informative host!!

The house was very comfortable, clean, and maintained. It is tastefully decorated and well appointed. No 'cabin' furniture here! There were many unexpected extras & updates not shown in current photos which made our trip a breeze. Home owner was responsive & helpful when I had questions, very thoughtful and good to work with. We had 4 adults, 3 small children, and a pooch in our party and there was plenty of room to stretch out. We enjoyed the front porch for a meal or two, despite that the dining table fit us and a feast. Since the weather was nice we spent nearly all day everyday at the beach and didn't get to town much (though Cannon Beach is a real gem and worth a visit). Did make the farmers market & Doogers, recommend them both! Thanks for a wonderful visit!
