Summary: * Professional disinfecting cleaning before each stay * Central & Convenient Studio in the heart of Coconut Grove village * Front desk staffed all night ( check in starts at 4 PM ) 100 yards/meters to Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Shopping, Marina & Park 10 min by car to the University & Hospital 15 min by car to Brickell * Fast WIFI * Top Floor Gym * Pool & Hot Tub * Laundry Room * Onsite Parking offered for $10/ night Guest must be at least 21 years of age by check in. The Space: The Studio with Private bathroom + Balcony Parking for one vehicle is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle Guest Access: The Studio with Private bathroom + Balcony Access to the Top Floor Gym & Sauna ( hours are 6AM to 10PM.) Access to the 8th Floor Pool & Hot Tub & Racketball Courts Access to the coin-operated Laundry Room Please note the onsite bar and restaurant are closed for remodeling. Parking for one vehicle is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle The Neighborhood: Convenient to the marina, park, Starbucks, restaurants, movie theaters, retail stores and only a few minutes away from the highway for an easy drive to downtown and all major highways! Getting Around: There is a train station about a mile away, it's best to get here by private/ rental car or taxi. 100 yards/meters from Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Shopping & Marina 10 minutes by car to the University of Miami 15 Minutes by car from Brickell Other Things to Note: Parking for one vehicle is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle Please note that extra guests (up to the maximum allowable occupancy limits) added after the booking will incur a $10 + tax/ night/ extra guest fee. Please remember that you are staying in a private studio, not a hotel unit despite that my private property is in a building shared… with a hotel. You get the same access to the amenities & engineer help as hotel guests, but daily cleaning is not part of the rate. Please let us know if you would like to purchase additional cleaning services, like a change of linens or towels. The photos are of the actual unit, however we change furniture, accessories, art work and small appliances when needed. Some of these items may look different than in the pictures in the listing. The kitchenette and bathroom are original but well taken care of. There are 3 elevators, you can expect to wait for 2 -3 minutes during the morning rush hour for an available elevator. Guest must be at least 21 years of age by check in. Please use appliances as they are intended to be used. We are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings of our guests. We are not responsible for the spoilage of food and beverages. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. We are not liable the closure of any amenity or denial of access of our guests. Please note all amenities are managed and operated by the Arya hotel. This includes all the pool area, gym, laundry room, car valet service. The resort management may change the opening hours or close any or all amenities for any reason. The resort management may deny or remove guest access to amenities if their posted rules are not followed. Please inquire with Arya hotel representatives for any questions regarding access to resort amenities. We do not accept third party reservations or reservation transfers to other guests. The booking guest must be the guest checking in and be present during the entire stay. We reserve the right to cancel non compliant reservations without a refund and vacate individuals from the premises that are not listed on the reservation. Visiting for the weekend with my son- we enjoyed this cozy landing spot and couldn’t get enough of the balcony with the gorgeous view! The neighborhood was perfect for long walks in the morning and lively outing in the evening.

Everything was clean and prepared and the view off of the balcony was wonderful. There were plenty of good restaurants, shopping, and coffee nearby.
The parking was a little difficult to figure out at first, but once done it was easy.
We would stay again and recommend it.

Christmas In Coconut Grove
What a fabulous location and wonderful condo to spend our Christmas Holiday in. The condo is located in an area that is easy to access all that Coconut Grove has to offer as well as the multiple sailing venues in the area. No need for a car.
Our hosts were absolutely amazing at communicating from the time we booked the reservation through the time we checked out. Any problems we encountered, they made timely attempts to correct. They are true professionals in the VRBO business.
Our family utilized the sofa as a sleeper for our son. He found it to be the most comfortable sleeper he’s ever sleep on. The coffee maker in the room, the dishes and the spacious dresser were nice bonuses for us. We did find the linen par rather low (1 set per guest plus 1 extra towel) for our 12 day stay, in which we planned no additional housekeeping services ( they offer the service for an additional fee). We used the coin operated washers to launder the bath towels once however found locating quarters a real challenge. Suggestion: if you’re in need of laundry services while on vacation, there is a wonderful Laundromat in the Grove that offers same day service.
Al in all, I highly recommend this lovely condo. Great value for the money. Super attentive hosts.

The studio is comfortable, in a great location with a beautiful view and amenities. Cannot say enough about the owners! Never had an issue but they followed up several times to make sure we had all the information needed and everything was good. Highly recommend!

Great view of bay, short walk to Grove restaurants, etc., nice room at reasonable rate. Access to hotel pool and free parking big pluses. Biggest plus was helpfulness and easy accessibility of property manager.

Everything was just as advertised. Beautiful views. Live music coming from the restaurants below. The hotel staff was wonderful.
The only small issue was the availability of the pool and hot tub. both of which closes at sundown. I don't know about anyone else, but the evening is prime time for both to me.
Would I stay there again? Absolutely!

JUST PERFECT!
THE ONLY THING WRONG WITH MY STAY WAS THAT I WAS THERE FOR WORK. THE VIEW IS EXACTLY AS THE PICTURE SHOWS. UNFORTUNATELY I COULD NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ALL OF THE SURROUNDINGS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MY NIGHTLY WALKS ALONG BAYSHORE THRU THE MARINAS AND PARKS. THERE IS YOGA DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET IN THE PARK AND RESTURANTS & FRESH MARKET WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. JOE AND DEBORA WERE VERY ATTENTIVE AND WHILE I HAD NO REASON TO CONTACT THEM WHILE I WAS THERE, I AM CERTAIN THEY WOULD HAVE RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY. I WILL DEFINITELY RENT AGAIN.

Very comfortable stay. Loved the balcony and spent many hours looking out over the marina and park with our wine! Great to have fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Comfortable King size bed. Loved the pool at the Aria. Very relaxing vacation. We will return here soon!

The view was wonderful. The owner sent a very detailed information email. We ate breakfast at restaurant by the pool. This is a studio accommodation that was just perfect for my husband and myself. A parking pass was provided so we did not have to pay for parking in the building. If we visit again this is where we will stay

Great view and responsive owner
As in many other reviews of this property we found it to be just as described. Beds were comfortable, area has lots of restaurants, breakfast and evening wine on the balcony was spectacular.

Great studio, facility, and location
Hotel Aria experience is similar to Sonesta Hotels in Ft. Lauderdale and the French quarter. Great view of marina, parks, and Biscayne Bay. Several restaurants $$,$$$ within walking distance. 15 minute Lyft ride to Little Havana or Wynwood Walls. Very helpful staff and great place to swim laps, workout, and practice Spanish.

From the moment we walked in we were wowed with the view. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was great and the service was wonderful. When we come back to the Miami area this will be the first place I will check for availablity.
