Floor to ceiling windows and doors ensure unparalleled views of the ocean are captured from the spacious indoor living areas as well as the master bedroom and from the large spa bath located in the master ensuite. Designed over two lavish levels, the three upstairs bedrooms are well-appointed and newly tastefully furnished. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, bedside tables and lamps, LCD television and DVD player, and opens onto a balcony with breathtaking ocean views where you can enjoy your breakfast and morning coffee. The second and third bedrooms are also beautifully furnished, with the second bedroom offering a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides a choice of 2 king single beds or king bed and both have LCD televisions. In addition, there are two quality single air beds, making this the perfect villa for larger families or groups, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests plus infants. A complimentary port a cot and high chair are also available. The spectacular master ensuite enjoys a very large spa bath, dual showers, and dual sinks. The second modern good size bathroom offers a shower and sink. A large modern kitchen complete with top European appliances, including large gas stove and oven, large microwave, dishwasher and family size fridge freezer with ice maker and water dispenser complements this expansive villa and invites you to gather around while meals are being prepared. The kitchen also offers all the crockery, cutlery, cookware and glassware you will need throughout your stay. There is also a Caffitaly Coffee Pod Machine available for your morning coffees on the balcony while taking in the ocean views. Enjoy your meal either in the spacious open plan 8 seater dining room or perhaps opt for a BBQ on your private deck with 8 seater outdoor dining and large family gas BBQ. Either way, the ocean views are spectacular. The spacious modern lounge room offers a large flat screen wall mounted television and DVD player with a selection of movie DVDs for all ages. There are multiple spacious open plan living areas allowing guests to mingle as a group or find their own space. Soak up the sunshine on the private decks of your villa or around the large sparkling infinity pool within the Edge development with cooling spa at both ends, which is arguably the best pool on the island and the perfect place to take a cool swim and while away the days. No matter where you choose to relax you will be assured extensive and breathtaking ocean views. Villa 16 The Edge is located less than a minute drive by golf buggy and around 5 minutes on foot to the marina, restaurants, cafes and shops. There is also a complimentary bus that circulates the island around every half hour which stops not far from your front door. Your stay comes complete with complimentary electronic golf buggy and personalised airport transfers. Just watch out for our friendly valet staff holding a white board with your name at the airport or marina upon your arrival! Lie by the pool, relax on the deck, explore the island or go on a tour, these are the hardest choices you will have to make! We had a beautiful relaxing holiday in Edge 16. The views are so captivating, we just sat and stared a lot during our time there! Comfortable, clean and welcoming. Excellent valet pickup service. Golf buggy included was great, and it was well maintained. The only issue we had was noisy partying neighbours on both sides of us, who did stay up late on their verandas being extremely loud. One night someone must have called security, however this continued every night of our stay. A thing to note if you are travelling with light sleepers/small children.

We loved our holiday! Slept 8 easily and a baby in a porta cot, had kids DVDs in the apartment (we had a rainy day) and it was just perfect. Beautiful sunsets. Would have been nice to know what to use to clean down the seats after the daily visit from the birds though haha!

Stayed with the family, group of 6. The property and the location are amazing. Lounge/family room and balcony are great for a large group. Property is well appointed, clean and located close to everything. Overall a fantastic stay. Only issue was problems with AC not rectified during stay. Otherwise all good! Thank you.

We really loved our stay in the villa. The villa is large and spacious with a huge balcony with gorgeous views and always had Cockatoo's visiting . The Villa was lovely and quiet but only 1 min drive to shops and resort pool down the road in the provided buggie. We also loved having the infinity pool which was directly below and also had beautiful views over ocean . We would definitely recommend these villa's for a family stay and would love to come back

What a location!!!

Loved our stay at Edge and will definitely be back. Ultra modern and views are unbelievable. Only criticism and its only a small one. The first night we bought food items to have a bbq and the gas ran out within seconds and didn't get replaced until late the next day after 3 phone calls. Also, 60% of the outdoor chairs were broken and therefore uncomfortable. Overall, spectacular!

We were thrilled with The Edge 16 on Hamilton Island. We travel to Hamilton Island on a regular basis so we are familiar with, and always enjoy this beautiful location. This was our first stay at The Edge 16 and it won't be the last. The apartment was stunning and the views spectacular. The apartment was spotless, light and breezy and had everything necessary for a great holiday. As the sun goes down you really couldn't be in a better place, the views from The Edge 16 are truly sensational.

Everything was in place and the valet staff was also very accommodating. I love how the villa is beautifully furnished with high quality furniture. Rooms were spacious and everyone had a comfortable bed. We love the whole property and we will be surely coming back. Thanks a lot to Astrid and her wonderful team!

Very beautiful especially during sunset. The living area and the kitchen are equipped with very modern everything we needed. Overall, the property is exceptional and exceeded my expectations.
