Excellent place to stay on Hamilton Island

The unit was perfect for our group of 7 adults. The unit was well equipped and within walking district of the shops and restaurants on Hamilton Island. A buggy was also provided and this was great to get around the island and visit the beach and lookout.

Everything was good. The walk back from town could be a little exhausting as it was up a steep hill.

Excellent property in a great location

Excellent location with great views. Very clean and well equipped property. We like the layout giving direct access to the balconies, good sized bathrooms and bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Very well equipped kitchen. Good valet service with friendly and helpful staff. Our first stay here but definitely not the last!

Location great. Apartment met our needs but rundown and needs updating.

View was amazing from the balcony. Living area was a good size and good couch. Outdoor deck was great with a large table and chairs out there. Nice dining table inside with good chairs. Lovely clean fridge. Buggies were great.

Unit 12. Beds were awful. Rolled around the room as u sat on them or moved. Head board not attached to anything so banged against the wall constantly. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Very old. Sheets didn’t fit the bed. Furniture was very old and outdated in bedrooms and bathrooms were average. Showers leaked. Mould in showers and rusty items such as rubbish bin and kitchen utensils. The window shutter in the kitchen was broken so we had multiple cockatoos get in and even a possum one night. The bottom of the child gate sat so high above the top step it was a massive trip risk to adults and we could not adjust it lower. Layout is good but needs an update.

It was a great holiday made so comfortable by a lovely place to stay. We will definitely be back!

The view, the space and layout were great.

The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable and the pillows not good. Way too high and many of us suffered from sore necks. Kitchen might need some more utensils. Containers and cooking pans. A large water jug would be useful too to keep in the fridge. Towels were yucky after a couple of uses so maybe more stocks of towels would help.

Beautiful spot for a family holiday

We stayed for 6 nights with my family (6 adults and one child). The house was a great fit with the master bedroom and large bathroom upstairs and other bedrooms and another bathroom downstairs. It is a large space, and has beautiful views over the water. We had a mixed bag with the weather, given the time of year, but we did use the pool a little bit. The free buggy is a great addition.

The kitchen could have been more equipped with essentials like oil, salt and pepper and more dishwasher tabs etc would have been appreciated. The dishwasher wasnt in great condition. Note that the windows don’t have glass and are just shutters and screens so it can be noisy.

Was a very relaxed break for our family.

great views and accommodated 6 adults very comfortably with room for more. great family accommodation. All Bedrooms air conditioned. Golf cart included in booking.

No air conditioning in living space.

We had enjoyable weekend, but that was because we enjoyed the family times. The house would be good for families.

it is a good location with views of the islands. nice swimming pool, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The staff were very responsive and helpful. All the bedrooms had aircon

it was not very clean, we found chocolate on the leather sofa, the dishwasher was disgusting grime and food remains around the door. The upstairs was extremely hot with only fans for cooling. it was really very tired and desperately needs renovation. The condition was generally below standard but the price did not reflect that

Enjoyable stay at great location with plenty of facilities and roomy accommodation

Location was excellent. buggy inclusion is great. Plenty of room. great size deck. Well equiped kitchen with plenty of condiments.

Fans and air conditioning need to be cleaned. Garage could have been cleaned.

Very family friendly, kids love it and the balconies are so nice to relax with beautiful views

The location and the view of the property, space and the staff are nice, even offer us extra hours to check out when our flight is in the afternoon, the kids can have another half day to enjoy the beach again, wonderful services.

Very good

The four-bedrooms apartment we stayed has nice view over the ocean and plenty of space. We had the swimming pool right outside the apartment. Complimentary pick up and drop up service to the airport was a huge bonus. Plus, we had a free buggy to use during our stay.

The only problem we had during our stay was the noisy neighbour especially in the early morning. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

disappointing

this property needs a LOT of maintenance toilet seats don’t fit the toilet fans noisy 1 horrible towel each for a week stay house verander and garage were filthy mirrors had not even been wiped from previous people previous persons hair still all over the deck and it was so dusty it wasn’t even funny when I told the contact person they said thanks for yr feedback would not go back or recommend

No information folder in house. Had to ring for rubbish info, wifi etc.. a simple folder with this type of info would be good The doors on the laundry were covered in lint from dryer.

Wonderful time with family

Location totally awesome to accommodate our whole family

Property could do with spring cleaning, ie curtains, cushions, sofas, louvres etc. There was also evidence of cockroaches in the bathroom areas and in a cupboard in the living area.

The size of the property

A lot of marks on walls & doors. Property needs a good paint throughout. Carpets in down stairs rooms needed cleaning again. Outdoor furniture was poor. Blankets in upstairs room need cleaning.

Very dissatisfied with the property. Very dated and needs a lot of maintenance.

Location was lovely.

The property was advertised as being air conditioned . Only the bedrooms were. The living areas were not. It was like a furnace in there by the afternoon as the sun came in the afternoon. Very disappointing. We couldn’t stay in there at night to socialise. Very limited kitchen utensils for a house that sleeps 10. Property needs lots of maintenance. Very small BBQ for a property of 10 people.

A wonderful girls' trip with a pleasant stay in a centrally-located house (each with own bedroom).

Tom met us at the airport upon our arrival and was welcoming. Advised us on how to drive the buggy and to follow him to Casuarina Cove. Gave us further instructions once we were at the house. Our departure flight wasn't until late afternoon and luckily, our suitcases were able to be looked after and then delivered to us at the airport where we handed over the keys and the buggy. House was very spacious and airy, with fantastic views of Dent Island and the Marina. Centrally-located to the Marina (you could easily go for a 5-minute walk to the shops along Front St), but the walk up the hill back is fairly steep. It's also close to One Tree Hill for cocktails, sunrise and sunset if you're keen (highly recommend though).

It would have been nice to not have been rushed. Once the plane landed, it took about another 20min before we collected our suitcases and Tom was hurrying us saying we have to get going. Once at the house, I think we asked him which key it was to the house and he said "it was one of them" again, felt like he was rushing to get to somewhere else. Communication on a few things were inconsistent - one of those was we were provided with two different times to meet at the airport on departure. A difference of 10min, no biggie but it would be nice to have consistent communication between the parties. Not sure when the house last occupied but my friends commented that it was fairly dusty when we checked-in. There were a lot of ants, especially in the bag of caster sugar in the pantry, presumably left behind by the last occupant. There wasn't enough toilet paper for our week-long stay nor was there enough laundry detergent. We were advised by housekeeping that no matter the duration of stay, we only get a pack of laundry detergent. It would be nice if it was based on number of people and duration. If they're afraid of people taking it when they depart, perhaps only provide more when we request them. So, if you're staying for a longer period bring laundry detergent.

Lovely location needs a few improvements.

Lovely Location. Easy pickup and good house layout.

No AC in living areas which made spending time there difficult. House is noisy in the morning with 4 couples getting up a different times. Sheets were very rough especially after sunburn.
