Fabulous location. Wonderful views of the sunset. Propery was clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful views and lovely location. Use of the buggy made life so easy. The property had everything we needed for a family of four which was fantastic. We were very comfy. Check in and out was soooo easy which made everything less stressful.

Although the propery was “clean” you can see it’s been well used by many many guests. The walls were terribly marked everywhere you looked which made the property feel probably less looked after than it actually is. A fresh coat of paint and that’s it. It’s a minor complaint- if you can even call it that.

Great place to visit for a short stay.

We liked the large balcony with spa and obstructed water views. The apartment was very big and accommodated a family of five. The kitchen was well equipped. Linen and towels were provided in addition to extra towels for the pool and beach. We loved the included electric buggy and the free shuttle that collected us from the airport.

Will be coming back

Everything in the unit was clean and in good condition. Buggy made it extremely convenient to get around. Great view from the balcony!

Had issues connecting to the WiFi on the TV. Unable to control the speed of the ceiling fans.

no view in no 9, only through the trees, no bbq, very dated, no mugs & all the crockery was mismatched. asked if entry was level & when i got there, there were steep stairs! my elderly mother couldn’t hardly go anywhere due to that! these factors too away from our experience unfortunately

Good.

We stayed here before as we find the location really great, unfortunately our apartment this time was not nearly as nice as our previous. Bit disappointing.

Someone was there fixing the fridge when we arrived, and we had to call again regarding the dishwasher and ACs not working. Super annoying to deal with on holiday.

Exceptional

Good location and buggy provided.

The property needs a good scrub. The apartment is fitted out with cheap furniture making it pretty uncomfortable trying to relax and enjoy the space, particularly on balcony area. The spa didn’t work, the wifi signal was so bad we couldn’t watch TV, the front passenger seatbelt in the buggy was broken, the window in the front room wouldn’t lock and fans didn’t work. For the price, definitely not what we have experienced at other Hamilton Island properties and needs a deep clean. The main toilet was disgusting. I won’t divulge details so let’s say we didn’t use it. The place needs a deep clean on a regular basis given it is being rented out consistently. Hygiene standards are definitely not being met.

so my daughter she dropped a glass and we tried to use a vacuum but it didn’t work. i called the number given to me and l was told that someone will come take a look the next morning but no one came. in the meantime we had to use a broom without a dust pan

Lovely holiday and lovely units with a few maintenance issues

Loved Hamilton Island, loved having a buggy included, rooms were good sized. Late checkout was really appreciated as it made it easier to get to plane and handle luggage - thanks for this.

- Flat buggy on arrival (although host was excellent and gave us another one in the interim which was appreciated). - Ran out of toilet paper and dishwashing detergent in 2 days. Just not enough product for the 5 days (eight people and 4 rolls). Host said they would supply more and didn't deliver which was disappointing. Also said they only supply a small amount of this product and guests have to top up at IGA if you run out? This is not really acceptable for the money you pay. We had to buy more at our expense. - Fridge door was not off the fridge on arrival - Host was getting it fixed.

noisy neighbours in unit above swearing and singing cold chisel songs drowning out serenity on one night. otherwise lovely. outdoor chairs need their cushions.

Old, worn properly with lacklustre management. do not stay in hamilton island.

this is an old property that has not been maintained. everything is worn or broken. fly screen has holes. shower faucet keeps dripping. It’s not clean , I find bugs in the bathroom twice . also I asked for some laundry power but they told me I have to buy it myself . they only provide starters. I traveled a lot and never hear some kind of arrangement.Also communication problems, I left phone messages but sometimes no one call me back . the buggy did not work properly and later they replaced another one .

The pool.was great , had a washing machine and dryer which was handy, spacious with a large balcony

Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best.

We liked the open plan living area and the use of the buggy.

The stairs were damaged when we arrived although they began repairing while we were there. The toilet in both bathrooms didn’t always flush properly.

Amazing, we cannot wait to visit again.

Bed was super comfy that we are considering buying the same mattress - can we please get the brand name from the bed in the master bedroom? Location was fantastic and the decor and furnishings were modern.

Enjoyable and friendly Island staff.

Location was great for ease of getting into the town centre or awaiting buses. The size of the property was perfect for six ladies who wanted their own space and beds.

Concierge pick-up could be improved. This was the main issue we had as we arrived in two separate groups. I was first and was eventually met one hour after arrival by the concierge, who had no words to say why he was late. The remaining five ladies arrived the next day and I used the provided buggy to collect them and their luggage individually as I was told I would need to pay extra for concierge pickup. With the size of everyone's luggage this was a real task to fit them. In hindsight I could have saved the pickup for the larger group, but thought the concierge should be provided for ALL guests if requested, as the Island does have limited travel arrangements (example, the shuttle bus does not go to the Airport).

The apartment was okay but probably over priced.

Apartment 6 had great views, very comfy beds, good showers, good supply of towels and lots of space for a family. The location was good and use of a golf buggy was very handy. limited starter supplies were provided.

it was difficult to see the buggy parking bay numbers at night. Parts of the decking outside the apartment entrance were rotting and need replacing. The iron leaked and didn’t heat up and the ironing board was dirty and torn in places.The spa bath drained slowly. The placemats were dirty. The oven needs oven trays. The front door would blow open in strong winds if not locked.

Great property for a larger family. Comfy and clean.

The property was clean and the location quiet. The staff met us at the airport and were prompt with any requests.

The property is definitely dated inside- - but tidy and clean. There was definitely no actual ‘water view’

Unsanitary health conditions and run down, look elsewhere.

Blue Water Views 15 was filthy and run down. During the first night we found blood and bodily fluids when getting into the master bed which was traumatizing for a special holiday get away. The balcony had fecal matter everywhere, walls and furniture were dirty and run down. The master bedroom shower door was also missing and the buggy had a hard time holding charge with no functioning lights at night which made it unsafe to use at night. Upon notification of check-in being ready, we responded noting the unit was filthy but received no response. Overall the place was an absolute dump especially for the $600 a night price tag, and a clear health risk. Unfortunately only later saw other similar reviews dating months back, including it being filthy and the shower door missing, so the management company has not attempted to rectify it. Stay away from this place, there are much better places to stay on Hamilton Island that are sanitary and actually have beach views (this one is obstructed by trees and not like the photos shown).

The place was spacious, the internet was good. The spa was good.

No view of sea from the property, but on your website there was a very good view of sea. We were not happy at all, as the best thing for us was to have a good view of sea. The outdoor furniture needs new cover. The indoor furniture needs cleaning.

Very enjoyable would stay here again

The pick up service was excellent and dealing with staff prior to arrival easy and with great communication. The apartment was in a good location close enough to everything especially One Tree lookout, Marina and Sails with use of the buggy. Kids enjoyed the spa on the deck and having space for movies and games. Lots to do even with cloudy or windy days.

Master bathroom needs some attention shower and shower door as does the lounge itself with marks on the fabric. Kitchen could do with some more cutlery and small plates.just a couple of minor things compared to the great qualities of the property.

Great location and beautiful apartment

a very big appartment with a beautiful balcony looking at the bay and the green area. it is not above the pool so it is quiet. In the evening we always saw the kangaroos which came to eat in the grass area. The airco functions perfectly.

Wonderful holiday home, we’ll suited to families.

Space in unit was expansive. Felt like a home away from home. Having a second bathroom was helpful, love the large kitchen fully fitted with everything we needed for cooking/ BBQ.

Some maintenance issues need addressing i.e shower screen doors, front screen door, 2nd bedroom door has a hole.

overall the property it self is beautiful and roomy.

the location.

checkout wasn’t flexible. housekeeping came in before 930, however i advised them that we weren’t ready by then. the towels weren’t cleaned properly it had make up stains on some towels.

The size of the property is spacious

The buggy needs service with a new battery, it was weaker and had shorter life comparing with other buggies. Dishwasher was blocked and the door couldn’t close so the room was full of old food smell, we reported on arrival day. Reception was friendly and organized plumber coming on Monday but it was repaired on Thursday.

Great location.

The layout was great. Comfy beds and good amount of kitchen facilities. Having a buggy to use was amazing as it meant we could do so much.

The dirty apartment we arrived to was a real disappointment on arrival and it took 2 days to get it sorted. We appreciate the small refund for the inconvenience.

Superb

Location was amazing!! Apartment was spacious and fit to our needs perfectly !!

We did try to contact the host on the first day, although they did not pick up nor return our call :( we did manage to figure out our problem we had tho ourselves.
