With excellent decor, this house makes you feel right at home and offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. You'll enjoy the spectacular ocean view deck and patio, full kitchen, TV, high speed internet, linens, and laundry facilities. There's a cozy fireplace in the family room, and a gas BBQ on the child-safe patio. The property can accommodate 4 cars (2 car garage included) with off street parking as well. There are so many activity choices that await you here in San Clemente! The water alone will keep you busy all day with surfing, swimming, fishing and boating. Take in a day trip to gorgeous Catalina Island, or enjoy a fun afternoon browsing through the unique Downtown shops. Stroll along the San Clemente State Beach, which is just literally steps away, and watch the best surfing on the west coast of California or enjoy the romantic sunsets. Nearby shops are in walking distance which include everything you need plus antiques, children's boutiques, swimwear, surf shops, post office, arts and crafts, full salons, and grocery stores. And do not miss the farmers market on the weekend in downtown San Clemente. Enjoy the many restaurants to sample including Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Thai, and Fisherman's on the pier. Hurry for best selection of dates. The entire condo has been completely gutted and has a new fresh look. The exterior has been changed to a smooth white stucco with black trim and black stairs. The front yard has been converted to artificial turf. Inside you will find a brand new gourmet kitchen with subzero and wolf appliances. White cabinets and beverage fridge. The entire home has plank tile flooring, quartz counter tops, all new recessed lighting and chandeliers in every room. The staircase has been converted into floating wood stairs with view railing. There is a stereo system throughout the home and patios. The entire home has central air as well. There is a 3 door panel opening at the main living space off the living room that goes out to a brand new patio. The new patio also provides some shaded parking space on the driveway. The main level bedroom has an en-suite and there is a sliding glass door installed to access outside. The master bathroom has a walk in shower with 2 sinks. The loft has a custom valet for guests staying in this room. There will be a 10% occupancy tax charged on all reservations For the summer months, there is a utility charge of $100 per week. Great location walking distance to downtown San Clemente and the beach/pier. Enjoyed time with family over the holiday. Large kitchen and comfortable living room area. Upstairs area worked well with our 3 adult children utilizing master bedroom and sofa bed in open office area.

Our family really enjoyed our stay….the property was beautiful and the location was excellent. A short walk or golf cart ride to the beach and shopping/dining. The owners were responsive and helpful!

There was a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the downtown area. We found cute restaurants and coffee shops. The condo was the perfect beach house. From amenities to decorating, it made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

We had a great stay here! The layout was perfect. It was our family of 4 and then a grandma. We were all comfortable and not on top of each other. The walk to the beach was simple. Parking was easy as the place has a driveway for two cars. Walls are a bit thin and neighbors were a tiny bit noisy but that’s beach town living and to be expected. If we ever needed anything I always felt like I could reach out to Managment and was assisted right away!

Completely remodeled super clean condo, location is great, fast Wi-Fi works perfect , communication is excellent. We loved the house and will definitely come back again!
