This home is amazing and the pictures do not do it justice . It’s a large home with a comforting feel . The home was spotless , check in and check out seamless . The home is decorated tastefully and close to shops , restaurants and grocery stores . Our family and friends truly enjoyed our stay .. The cherry on the cake is the host, Teri was very responsive and informative . Leaving us with a wonderful sweet welcome when we arrived . Book this home , you will not regret it.

Our youngest son was getting married in San Juan Capistrano and we needed a large home for our stay. This was the perfect location. Plenty of room, very clean, all of our needs were met. Communication with the owner was prompt and detailed. Stores are nearby and freeway access is easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better location and home for this special weekend for our family!

Wonderful home! Was ecstatic that the house exceeded our expectations in terms of bright spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice sheets. There were so many areas for family to drink coffee, eat meals, bbq and enjoy social time while having nice private rooms to retreat. Master bedroom and bath was spacious and perfect for mother of the groom's needs. Highly recommend!

This was a great house in a very convenient location. Nice interior layout for families with comfortable furnishings, interesting decor and views to the ocean from several rooms. Well provisioned with amenities including bike and beach chairs. Teri was a great host, and this house is our first choice for future visits!

Everything was great, except the AC did not work at all for downstairs and marginally for upstairs. Made it uncomfortable at times even though we were close to the ocean. Nice house, good layout. House appears to have been built for someone 5' in height. All the sinks, countertops, etc... were way to low for most adults. Able to work around that, but if someone very tall looks to rent the property it could be a REAL issue.

Wonderful home in a great location. Very clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Very spacious with multiple sitting areas including 2 second story decks with views of the Pacific. Overall, the best I have stayed in this year.

The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac off a non-busy local road. It is beautifully laid out so we weren't running into each other. Grandma with hip problems had the ground floor bedroom with step-in shower. Couple with 5-year-old had the master, and the spa-tub after all that wedding dancing was inspired! The toys in the closet were much welcomed! Other 2 bedrooms were spacious with lots of closet space (we were in town for a big wedding weekend of parties & dinners), and shared jack-and-jill bathroom had everything we needed. The jacuzzi on the patio was hot and much appreciated! Towels were plentiful, washer & dryer & dishwasher & trash compactor worked as expected. When we had a question host Teri was available & helpful. We couldn't have asked for more. Our experience was so much better than we expected. Loved our stay!

Our son was married at the Ole Hanson Beach Club in San Clemente on May 12th and this was the perfect property for our family, including our international guests. On arrival we were welcomed with a box of "crumbl" cookies which were so yummy and such a warm welcome for our party - Thank you Teri - we enjoyed them!!! The home is beautiful with a perfect large kitchen, outside balconies upstairs and backyard with fire pit and hot tub. The views are gorgeous. The location is close to everything we needed, including the wedding venue. The neighborhood is charming and neighbors friendly. Our 2 1/2 year old grandson loved exploring in the house, reading books and even finding trucks (his top toy right now) to play with in the toy bin. It really was perfect for our gathering.

Our two families enjoyed our stay at Teri's place in Capistrano Beach. The property was great and as shown in the listing. Teri made the check-in process really easy and was very helpful in giving us ideas for the area (even telling us where to find bandaids when our friend's 3 year-old cut his finger). I would recommend for large families or friend groups wishing to spend time in the San Juan Capistrano/San Clemente/Dana Point area.

Our group of 4 70 year old woman had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful and the pictures don't do the property justice. The communication was superb! The location was great, able to walk the beach and wonderful shopping and restaurants close by. Could not have found a better location for this 70 year old BD get together celebration!

We stayed a weekend to celebrate our Dad’s 70th Birthday. Location was great and the house was very comfortable. Each of us (couples) had enough private space (bedrooms) to relax and get a good night’s sleep each night. Check in process was easy and the host even allowed for an earlier check in. The only drawback or “complaint” we all had was that there was so much stuff all over it was a bit hard to navigate “should we touch, use this, etc.” When we checked in, the fridge was 1/4 full of the owner’s food. We also felt that the cleanliness of everything in the kitchen (utensils, cutlery, etc) and the tile floors could have been better. It didn’t seem as though the floor had been mopped in quite some time. Overall, a comfortable stay just a couple things that knocked it down from great/excellent.

1st of all, Teri is an AMAZING HOST!!! Her Home is Gorgeous, VERY CLEAN upon arrival, EVERYTHING you could possibly need is there, including sweet treats upon arrival 😀 We were in town for our Son’s Wedding, this Home was the icing on the WeddingCake!!! We didn’t want to leave!!! All felt very comfortable and welcomed in Teri’s Home!!😀 Communication with Teri, from start to finish was perfect!!! 5 Stars all the way!!!👍 Thank you so very much Teri for sharing your Lovely Home with us!!😀

This is a terrific home. Well appointed, well cared for and was very comfortable for our group of adults. Teri is a gracious host and the location was ideal for exploring up to Dana Point and down to San Clemente. There are many thoughtful touches that made our stay very comfortable and we’ll likely stay here again in the future.
