This beautiful 1 Bedroom apartment is conviently located in the trendy Lower Lonsdale area of North Vancouver. Only 1 block up from the Sea Bus which will put you right in the heart of downtown Vancouver in under 15 min. Tastefully decorated with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a double pullout sofa bed in the living room. The building is very new safe and secure. Secure underground parking can be purchased for additional $20/ day There is also in suite laundry and a large kitchen with all the essentials to cook a wonderful meal. Wether your traveling for business or pleasure this convient location will allow you to have all the comforts and convinces of home. Please note we do not allow early luggage drop off

The location is perfect! 5 minute walk to the SeaBus and to Lonsdale Quay.
We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit. We really only used it to sleep but the kitchen looks well equipped and there are 2 balconies.
We would stay there again.

Our booking was upgraded to a complimentary 2 bed, 2 bath, spacious apartment. Location couldn’t have been better, shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. Easy access to the building and underground parking.
Our host gave us clear instructions for a pleasant experience overall. Will look forward to another stay at this property.

This was in a great location within walking distance to the Seabus and lots of stores and restaurants and the waterfront. Condo was nice and clean. One complaint was the living room furniture. Very old and stained and just not comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The one downside was the construction of a building right in front of our unit with the balconies overlooking the construction and noise. We didn't spend much time out there due to that fact. Not the owner's fault, just something that should be known before renting this. Overall, we liked this unit.

Check in instructions were very clear and the apartment was excellent.
With numerous restaurants and cafés in walking distance, an IGA supermarket at the end of the road and a wine/liquor store next door you could not ask for more.

A very pleasant stay. A few things were missing when we arrived (coffee, washing detergent) but Candace and team responded very quickly to requests. Mountain view room was very pleasant. Not sure if the floors had been cleaned when we got there - our feet were dirty after walking around for a few minutes and the rug needed a good vacuuming - but all easily fixed. Would stay again.

Convenient location in North Vancouver
Lots to do nearby, with the Shipyards, lots of breweries and places to eat, and the Sea Bus to downtown. Parking was not included and an extra fee sprung on us at the last minute. Security building and they pushed masking, but none of the other tenants seemed to be wearing one. Overall, a nice base for a good weekend in Vancouver, but we'll probably try something else next time.

Perfect for our working vacation
An excellent, clean, well-appointed space near everything we needed. However, check-in was at 4:00 (it’s listed at 3:00), there was only one key fob (we were promised two), and — though this is no fault of the property — there’s a large condo building under heavy construction immediately next door, which was quite noisy. We were able to tune it out, though, for the most part.

Perfect location. Close to transport and shops. Didn't need a car - could walk and take public transport everywhere.
The unit was clean and tidy. It had everything we needed for a long stay. Furniture is a bit old but was functional.
