All of the restaurants and shops that are close by is a great perk, many within walking distance. The breakfast in the restaurant within the restaurant was good.
I thought the blinds on the outside of the bathroom window were odd. Anyone within the room could open them up and watch you shower.

Hotel Pinnacle at the Pier was a nice option for our stay back from the Ferry at Horseshoe Bay. Easy to get there and parking. Then, it was well located for a stroll in the Pier and exploring the Shipyard. The satff was welcoming, kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and the pool area was a bonus with nice views of Vancouver skyline (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, etc). Great restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful view of the Vancouver city skyline. Yet our room was very quiet because it was relatively high up.
The restaurant and the lobby had loud music playing at every hour of the day. It would have been more pleasant to have the music shift to something like jazz in the evening or simply to be quieter. For this reason, we did not use the restaurant because it would have been hard to hear one another.

Location was the best side of Vancouver. Comfortable bed. Breakfast competitively priced.
Lacked quality customer service. Didn't seem to care. Tired in places - wallpaper and carpets.
