Suite del Duomo is located on the 3th floor with lift in a gorgeous building in Via de’ Pecori 1, front the Duomo, over the main street where you can find all the luxury stores in Florence. It is a quiet and bright flat, and the location and the age of the building give you a charming atmosphere with very high standards.
The apartment (40sqm) has one bedroom and one bathroom and it can accomodate 4 people. As you enter, you will find: the living room with a pull out sofa (160 cm), the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom.
Suite del Duomo is provided with free internet Wi-Fi, Lcd TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave with grill, kettle, toaster, table sets, air conditioning, private heating, hairdryer, ironing facilities. The apartment has been redecorated and renewed in 2010, but the location and the age of the building give it a charming atmosphere in a very high standard comforts
The apartment overlooks over a courtyard but for the guests there is a wonderful terrace on 6th floor. The panoramic terrace front the Duomo offers one of the most beautiful views in the world.

Great location. The Duomo, Cathedral and Baptistry are right out the front door. All shopping, dining, Museums and Palaces are in walking distance. Amazingly, it is still quiet at night. The apt is VERY small but unbelievably efficient in its set up. Host was very helpful with dining and taxi planning.

You can’t beat the location. Perfect “home base” for exploring the city. Perfect size for a couple. If we come back to Florence we’ll definitely look to stay at Luca’s again!

Very attractive space footsteps away from the center of Florence. Small but very well appointed. There is a roof top terrace with an extraordinary view that we became aware of only on the very last morning. Too bad that wasn't included in the list of resources at the apartment. In all, a splendid little get away.

The location of the apartment is perfect. You are literally in the middle of Florence and walking everywhere is possible. However the apartment is tiny. It is definitely not for 4 people. Even with the sofa bed folded, there was literally no space to walk. You need to move the dining table to put dishes into the dishwasher. Bathroom was small with everything crammed in a tiny space. Kitchen is a size of writing desk. No place to put your luggage not for 4 people. The apartment was on 3rd floor and the stairs are black without any lights so we regularly missed steps going down. For the price, we could have lived in much more specious apartment.
