We stayed in a three bedroom/two bath…Giotto. Everything was wonderful especially the staff. Ramona, Marcello, and the gentleman that helped with the breakfast service were great! Thank you for hosting us during our short but wonderful stay in Florence! The view out the window was AMAZING! WOW! Until next time!

My room was very clean and had a wonderful ensuite shower room. The view out onto the Piazza was wonderful and the location was perfect for visiting the key sites in Florence. We dropped in and out of the room during the day, between visiting museums.
The Staff were very helpful and made great recommendations.
