A cozy home away from home, the unit is fully furnished and fully equipped with its own washer and dryer, private landscaped yard with patio furniture, fountain and barbecue. Pets are welcome. Located close to major studios and just minutes from Universal Studios, Universal Amphitheater concert venue and City Walk, NOHO Arts District, Metro Rail to Hollywood, (Graumanns Chinese Theater, Kodak Theater and Hollywood Blvd), downtown and beyond. 2 blocks from the Ventura and Hollywood freeways; 1 block walk to local market and Starbucks; 10 minutes by car over Mulholland Drive and down into West Hollywood, trendy Melrose Ave shopping, and upscale Beverly Hills. Lots of great restaurants nearby and don't forget the Hollywood Bowl where you can bring your own picnic or order a gourmet meal to be delivered to your box seats and enjoy an open air concert. This lovely VRBO was a home away from home and a very comfortable place to relax and rejuvenate. We had everything that we needed, and more. My sister and I each had our own room (bedroom and living room sofa bed with a door between the rooms) and own bathroom, with laundry, a fully-supplied kitchen, a large private yard with a gas grill, very comfortable patio furniture and a soothing water fountain. This is an upscale location, and it's easy to get anywhere in LA from here. Helen and her team were very supportive and responsive to meet our needs. This is a gem of a place and we would love to stay here again.

Helen was very responsive to our needs and the duplex was perfect for us and our Labradoodle "Bindi." The furnishings were very comfortable and the private fenced in yard was enjoyed by us and our dog. The property is centrally located close to shopping, restaurants and markets. Overall, our 30 day stay was wonderful and we will always be grateful to Helen for her help and support.

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The decor is charming and the apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The private garden is a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Perfect place for a dog, we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and looking at the homes. We highly recommend staying here.

This was our 2nd time at the Ostego house and we enjoyed out time there. Helen was alway available if we needed anything. The house was well equipped with kitchen appliances to cook just about any meal we wanted. the BBQ was a great thing to have. What a great neighborhood to walk in and feel safe. You will enjoy staying here.

My family stayed here instead of a hotel and we are so glad we did. The apartment was so welcoming, quaint, cheery and bright. The fenced in yard was the perfect place to have our morning coffee and the layout of the apartment gave everyone a bit of privacy and quiet time. The apartment has everything you could think you would need. This property was clean and exceeded my expectations. The property owner was incredibly easy to work with and responded to my questions during the reservation and payment process in a timely manner. The neighborhood was quiet and the majority of what you need is just a couple blocks away. We also found that the majority of our travels were easily accessible from this location even with LA traffic. When we travel to the area again we most definitely will want to stay here or another property managed by Helen.

This place is a gem. Beautiful flowering shrubs outside with a private fenced in garden that included a fountain & patio furniture. Inside the rental unit was light and airy. Decorated nicely with comfortable furniture. Great detail was put into making the place feel welcoming which included fresh flowers in every room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms had plenty of towels & wash clothes as well as toilet paper & kleenex.

My husband, 3 month old and I are locals who needed a temporary place to stay while our apartment had some work completed and Helen’s property was ideal. She was excellent at responding to messages, as our booking was short notice. The duplex was well kept and stocked, with beautiful natural lighting and a lovely outside yard. We will definitely keep Helen’s properties in mind when visitors come to town and need recommendations on where to stay.
