Duncan and Thao were very friendly and welcoming. The kitchenette was well equipped and the air con in the bedroom was quiet.

A sofa to watch TV but we were only there for one night.

Bunbury's Most Convenient Location was a hidden gem. It was beautifully equipped and comfortable. All the necessities were easily available. It was more than a basic motel room, it was a complete unit. It had a fully equipped kitchen that included a full fridge and freezer, a microwave and an induction cooker and this made it possible to cater for oneself. The bathroom had a full bath as well as a shower. The bedroom was spacious. I had travelled to Bunbury for day surgery and this was the perfect place pre and post surgery because I was able to care for myself with ease.

Sound travelled easily through the walls and the floors were creaky. I was very conscious of making noise and I was concerned that I might disturb other guests or the family, especially as I was involved in a midnight video conference call.

Simple. Clean, comfortable.

Loved the room and outlook

Due to configuration could hear people in next unit. Swearing and very loud. If going in summer note no air conditioning in main bedroom. Asked not to use air con at night as solar power.

Was all via a digital lock and person onsite helped too

I was very conscious of the floor boards and walking about due to the ambient noise they create and possibly upsetting neighbouring room

Good Hygiene very clean

Could of had a small two seater lounge,instead of 2 rockhard kitchen chairs,and TV definitely in bedroom!

It was very clean, well set up and very welcoming.

There was nothing to dislike .

This was a very comfortable and well equipped unit that had everything I could possibly have needed. I was attending a course at the nearby ECU campus, so the location really was most convenient for me, even though it is some distance from Bunbury's centre. The checking-in process was one of the smoothest I have ever encountered and the owner popped in to see if I needed anything and that everything was to my liking. Parking was convenient right in front of the unit and there was a shared outdoor area to sit and enjoy. I had a most comfortable stay, thank you!

Due to the units being in an old house there was some noise transference between units, which I had been made aware of and did not personally bother me, though I was a bit worried about waking my neighbours due to having to get up very early for my course on the weekend.

The accommodation had all the facilities that we needed.

It was a little noisy, but we were aware of this going in. The place also stank of ciggarette smoke and someone was continually smoking outside my bedroom window.

Well priced and absolutely spotless

Nothing not to like.

Plenty of milk for coffee and tea. Great to have a couple of snack cheese and bikkies and cereal for breakfast. When I was having trouble with our lock, Duncan popped around and fixed it immediately with a cheerful smile.

The people in the next unit taking a speakerphone call at 7.00 am at full volume in the next unit. Very thoughtless.

Creaky wooden floors, no couch, no kitchen table, extremely old salvos desk and other furniture.

The property within a residential building was more closely aligned to a home stay. We were not expecting this style of accommodation and did not enter.

Clean, roomy, loved the shower. Location was good but outside walking distance to city centre. Very good value for money.

Lounge room configuration could have been better. Older property had a couple of steps up and down inside that you had to be careful of.

It was all fine

The cleaning of dishes was a bit dangerous being outside on stairs.

Loved the property and unit. Gorgeous gardens and hosts and a very convenient location. Happy all around

Because of timber floors and only a door that separated our units we were woken at 4am by very noisy inconsiderate neighbours who walked heavy footed and spoke very loudly. Apart from that, the unit was impeccable and we enjoyed our stay

Duncan was very helpful and even took out time to drive us to a Wake 😔👍👍

had my own breakfast was happy that there was a carton of milk available. Great option of teas Not far from where my course was held. This is my second time here. Really enjoyed Unit 1 felt really relaxed here. Plenty of room I liked the set out of this unit.

the automatic water system would like to know when it was coming on. had dry car with my own towel, as I did not want water stains on car. I could have shifted the car.

No sitting area as such to watch TV of a night . Split system was in bedroom rather than kitchen area , didn't really warm up kitchen . Would be the ideal place for 1 or 2 nights rather than 5 nights . Weather was pretty ordinary when we stayed in Bunbury.
