Nestled in Lake Anna, this charming house for $400 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Charming 3000 sq. ft lake-front vacation home with over 250+ feet of waterfrontage. Located in a "No Wake Zone" on a peaceful and secluded cove. Large boathouse with covered dock to enjoy the lakefront for swimming, fishing or enjoying the views of the lake. Stylishly decorated 3BR/3BA home perfectly suited for a getaway for up to two or three families. Many indoor/outdoor living areas which offer places to have fun or sit and relax and enjoy lake views. Spend quality time together in 2 acres of your own private escape featuring a large dock, wooded trails, sandy beach, 250+ feet of private waterfront and shared playground and basketball court. Tons of fun activities for any generation! Owner also owns adjacent vacation home (Property ID: 4167437). - Outdoor amenities include: • 250+ feet of water frontage • Large covered dock with boat ties and ladder • 50ft of walk-in sandy beach • Boat launch within minutes • BBQ grill and fire pit • Ample parking and 400+ feet of private driveway • Large fully screened-in porch, with dining room table and sitting area • Playground and basketball court with large blacktop and grassy field (shared with adjacent house) - Indoor amenities include: • 3,000 square foot home, stylishly decorated with open floor plan and 20+ foot ceilings on main level • 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms; sleeps up to 12 individuals, including kids (2 bedrooms with queen beds; 1 bedroom with 3 bunk-beds (2 full size and 4 twin beds); and 2 sleeper sofas). It is also located just a few miles away from Lake Anna State Park and Lake Anna winery and is also close to many historic civil war parks and historic battlefields.

This house was perfectly functionsl for our families: fully equipped kitchen, spacious basement, fully furnished bug free deck, boat house, small sandy beach, plenty of shade and THE LAKE within steps! Highly recommending it for a group of 8-12!

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Anna with my Sisters family who were visiting from England. 5 kids from 18months to 10years and all had a fabulous time. Great sized home, fully equipped and no issues. We will def be returning. Great stay.

Perfect Location
Perfect location for bass fishing access all over the lake. Dock is plenty big enough for 2 bass boats. Nice deeper water for swimming in a secluded cove. House is plenty well stocked with just about everything you could need. It does echo a lot in the house so it's tough to get up to fish early without disturbing everyone else.

This property is fantastic! Clean, roomy and well stocked! The big table is ideal for family dinners and the lower level is a perfect spot for the kids to hang out! We have stayed in both the Summer and now in Autumn and both experiences were great! We can’t wait to plan our next visit!

The house was beautiful and clean! Check in and check out so easy. The only disappointment was when I booked this place, one of the reasons I booked it was because of the pictures it showed of the backyard down to the lake and the boathouse and the private beach. It look like in the picture the backyard was more flat and went down to the private beach and the boat house to the right. That wasn’t the case, the boathouse and private beach was to the side of the house and access to it was going down like 50 steps. We rented a pontoon boat, and of course utilized the dock and boat house space that we were allowed to use.

Family vacation
My family and I had a wonderful stay. The amenities of the house were great and it was very clean. The check in and out out process was so easy. We enjoyed fishing from the peir and it was great being able to launch our kayaks and paddle board from the beach. My young son enjoyed the beach entry and feeding the fish. We would definitely stay again!

The play area and the pool table in the basement was a plus. There was a nearby place that rented out kayaks and pedal boats which was delivered to the house, so convenient. We will definitely come back.

It's a wonderful and accommodating place to stay. We went during a snow so we stayed inside most of the time. Plenty for the kids to do, large to have enough personal space and the kitchen was AMAZING. The neighbors were kind and helpful, the owner went above and beyond to make us feel special. We've stayed at Lake Anna multiple times and this is the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen. We enjoyed the ping pong, basketball hoop and swings and close location to pub, restaurants and winery.

I was looking for a few days of r & r and this property totally enabled me to do that. It has an astounding view, even from the living room, which was nice because it was a bit chilly for me to always be put on the screened in patio. I was glad that I brought my own toilet paper and paper towels Because that was not supplied, but otherwise the kitchen had all of the cookware and plates, glasses and mugs needed; they even had juice and wine glasses. Would highly recommend this property

Beautiful house with amazing views from the screened in porch. We stayed there towards the end of October and the trees around the propane lake were absolutely beautiful. We will visit again.
