We are renting an ideal L.A. vacation bungalow guest house right in the middle of the best part of Los Angeles, just minutes from the major studios! We are right on the border of Studio City, North Hollywood, and Sherman Oaks in the cultural center of Los Angeles. The Bungalow has been completely remodeled, it's brand new. It is a stand alone unit with no shared walls, a full kitchen, laundry and queen size bed.We added a cozy loft with skylight and private secure parking for one car. It's only 5 miles from Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Universal Studios. We get lot's of repeat guests who are thrilled with the unit. It's the perfect vacation rental room for quick stop-overs, business trips, or a romantic weekend. The bungalow is like staying at a bed and breakfast without having to deal with the other people! It's really SUITE! Maximum occupancy: 3 Sorry - No pets. Please check out our website link below for more information and availability. *** Also this is a NON SMOKING UNIT, No smoking INSIDE OR OUTSIDE the property. *** No Smokers please. The smell from your hair and clothing gets on everything. There'll be a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $200.00 if cigarette smell is anywhere inside the bungalow. The bungalow was just as described and more! Having never been to LA, the Guest House was ideally located to downtown, the beaches, and shopping. The bungalow was quiet, secluded, and met all our needs! Accommodations were spotless and had all the amenities as promised. Hope to make another trip in the future. Thank you!

Overall the experience was good. The only issue that I felt could have been handled differently had to do with the communication of the garge sensor that I brushed with the car and it moved it off of the line to open the garage door. It could have been repaired but they chose to get an expensive unit and then wanted me to pay more due to the amount. I felt this could have been handled differently. Also, there was a handle that was missing from the refrigerator door.

The entire process was great from booking the trip, to modifying the booking, checking in and the stay itself! The bungalow was perfect for our little family during the holiday trip. The hosts are excellent and easy to work with! Book this bungalow for your trip!

Michelle and Ronin have the best place to stay. I saw all of the 5 star reviews and figured the California Bungalow can’t honestly have all these 5s. Well, after staying 5 days my family TOTALLY gets the reasons for all of the praise. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!!

Michelle and Ronin were always quick to respond through the entire process and were gracious hosts. This is an excellent spot if you are planning universal or studio tours as they are very close by. All amenities were in excellent working order and zero issues during our stay. I will definitely chose this location again on my next trip to SoCal.

Michelle and Ronin's bungalow was the perfect location and space for our busy vacation. We were able to get around to various places we wanted to see and were close to my relatives that we were visiting. In spite of being in busy LA, the place was quiet and serene and we enjoyed a leisurely morning breakfast before heading off to our busy day. It was perfect for relaxing after the day as well. The place was the cleanest we've ever stayed in. We definitely will stay here again on our next trip out to LA.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the property. The location is perfect for us --parking is a great amenity. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to getting on the highway and also close to shopping (grocery stores or mall), the Sherman Oaks- Van Nuys Park and great restaurants. The bungalow is quiet and comfortable. We would return (as long as it is available when we travel to the area).

We were very pleased with our stay in LA. The bungaloo was very clean and tidy and we had what we needed for our stay. Michelle was very responsive with any questions that I had. We also appreciated being stocked with coffee, tea, water and various snacks. Thanks Michelle!

Our stay here was so great, it was everything we hoped for. The location makes for a really easy stay with grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Michelle was so kind and very responsive to messages. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the bungalow for a 2 day trip to Universal Studios. It was a quick drive to the park, and also conveniently located near the highway and also a short drive from the airport. The bungalow is adorable, tidy and was perfect for our stay!

This is a lovely little haven! The bed is super comfortable, the hosts are communicative, everything is clean & they have lots of special touches. We loved that we could walk places too. We hope to stay here again sometime!

The bungalow was perfect for me as I was in LA to help my daughter who had surgery for lung cancer. It was quiet and very nicely appointed and comfortable. It was especially nice that it was very private. There is a little garden that I brought my daughter over to sit in while she was recovering. Having access to outdoors was so healing for her. Great Stay!

Where to begin…this quaint bungalow was one of the absolute best places we have ever booked. The hosts were great and 100% accommodating. The amenities took care of every need we would have ever had. I am personally a neat-freak, and it was clean to the extreme. We loved that there was a gated place on the property to park our rental car. It is located in a very safe neighborhood. This was definitely a wonderful home away from home. If we are ever back in L.A., we will book here for sure!

The Sherman Oaks bungalow was our home away from home for 5 days in April 2023. We truly enjoyed the hospitality of the hosts and the terrific location of their bungalow. We arrived later than we expected and Michelle greeted us when we arrived. Her warm greeting was very appreciated after our long travel day. In addition to her welcoming demeanor, she was responsive to any questions we had. The bungalow was very clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Our daughter especially loved the cozy loft! The property is located in a residential area of the Valley, across the street from Whole Foods, and close to a variety of tourist attractions. We also appreciated the feeling of safety the bungalow provided. We were able to park our rental car inside a locked private parking spot and the entrance to the bungalow is also within the same gated area. It was our first time in the Los Angeles area, and we found it to be centrally located. Overall, this property is an absolutely great find! We truly enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to friends and family!

We had a really nice stay! The bungalow was comfortable, had great amenities, and was a really good location for our excursions to Universal Studios Hollywood and Griffith Observatory. It was really convenient to have a Whole Foods across the street, and Hugo’s Tacos nearby was great. We’d definitely stay here again.

Our son lives in Studio City so we’ve visited a few times over the past few years. We were looking for something a little closer to him and this was the perfect little getaway spot. Super convenient to everything we were looking for.

We stayed here for a long anniversary weekend and everything was amazing! Michelle and Ronin made this trip so special. Very safe, comfortable, clean, and organized. Also about 5 minutes from Universal! Will definitely be staying here again in the near future :)
