Una cafetera en la habitación hubiera sido util pero no es un "dealer breaker". En el lobby ofrecen cafe, jugos y te gratis, pero solo nos dimos cuenta el ultimo día. Ojala nos lo hubieran ofrecido.

Great for short term stay but not so great if you’re a light sleeper.

The room and bathroom were nice and clean. We liked that they didn’t have carpet, the window with shutters was a nice touch because it didn’t need a curtain and the AC unit was clean. The beds were also comfortable.

You can hear every sound from outside, the room adjacent and above you. We heard the people above us walking, moving stuff around, and their shower running late at night. The room also did not include a microwave, so you have to go down to the breakfast area if you want to warm up anything.

Your front desk person Layla was Amazing! Her service and professionalism made the stay perfect. Out of all the multiple hotels I've stayed at over the years, she was the best by far. Superb

Good size room (n.321) modern, clean, nice design furniture, bathroom etc.: PERFECT. Sleep quality tops. Room cleaned daily. Friendly staff and nice garage at a reasonable price ($10x day).

Pity breakfast was not operative but found the classic NO HO Diner on Magnolia, just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Good food & service.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and location was safe. It was less than 10 mins from Universal Studios.

The paid parking for the garage fills up quick due to its size, but staff is understanding and offered to wave the parking fee if parking is full.

I love the location and the staff were very friendly - Hotel was clean and they had a great coffee machine downstairs - beds were also extremely comfortable - shame they didn’t have breakfast up and running. No complaints whatsoever.

Nice, newer hotel

They put a temporary charge on my credit card for $250 for incidentals!?!? Why so much? Not even a restaurant there to spend that much! Owners/Managers - make this more realistic at $50 or $100. I don't need to lose sleep and constantly check my credit card online to make sure you reversed that $250 charge!

Good location. So close to the universal studio. The hotel has its parking lot.

The room could be brighter. The sound insulation is not good. On the day when we stayed, our upper room guest started to run around the room at 4am. It's kind of crazy.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite when checking in and checking out.

The only issue was the room above whoever was in the room was up all night and you could hear them walking back and forth. This was not on the hotel just whoever was in that room was loud.

It was fine for the price we paid

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. I love that they had plenty of towels!

The amenities were minimal. The "hot" breakfast was coffee and juice. The fitness center was closed and had been for a while. There was not a pool or hot tub. Parking was the worst. For the entire hotel, there were probably 20 parking spots (and most of them were compact) that you had to pay for. If you didn't get a spot at night then you had to park on the street. The neighborhood was pretty sketchy.

Good stay!

It was clean, nice, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very spacious, and there were plenty of amenities. It was in a very convenient location for me. I had a pleasant experience overall. I would recommend this place to others.

I wish the shutters blocked out more light. I couldn't get the shower and tub water warm enough.

Large, bright, clean room, great bathroom, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast room was useful for a quick coffee and we used the microwave for oatmeal to start the day, eating it in the pretty and peaceful roof garden.
