About this apartment rental
Our 2 room apartment is located in the Costa Calma only 50 m away from the most beautiful white beach of Fuerteventura in a new complex. The apartment was finished in 2008. This property is decorated with taste and has a living room with integrated kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom and balcony. You can get on the balcony from the living room as well as from the bedroom. The balcony does not only invite for sunbathing but also for a pleasant stay. From the balcony you have a wonderful view on the bay of Costa Calma.

Amazing location next to the beach, in front of the pool and steps from local shops and restaurants. Lovely waking up to the sound of the waves. Well appointed, clean and modern fixtures. Generally quiet but as there is no air conditioning it was necessary to have all doors and windows open making it a bit noisy. Also no WiFi, which was my own fault for not checking but added a bit of stress (and cost) to my trip. Overall though, a wonderful stay!

Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft mieten. Einzig das WLAN fehlt ein wenig, das könnte man noch nachbessern.

Seht schöne Wohnung. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem der Balkon mit Meerblick hat uns begeistert. Die Betreuung war super. Alles in allem.....gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt in 100 Meter Entfernung vom Strand, direkte Meerblick vom Balkon, zweite Etage in einer schönen Wohnanlage mit Pool. Was uns an der Wohnung gestört hat war Mangelnde Ausstattung. Es gibt in der Wohnung kein STAUBSAUGER, keine KLIMAANLAGE, kein WIFI, kein SONNESCHIRM auf dem Balkon. Der KÜHLSCHRANK war defekt (tropfte Wasser aus dem Gefrierfach). Der KAFFEEMASCHINE war auch zu alt und nicht ganz in Ordnung. Also, sollte der Vermieter etwas mehr in der Wohnung reinstecken, dann kann man dir Wohnung wirklich als "luxuriöse Wohnung" bezeichnen wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Sonst war es ein angenehmer Urlaub.
