Nestled in St. James Parish, this attractive house for $378 per night is a great option for your next trip. This beautiful house, located directly by the sea, is 8 minutes from the airport in Montego Bay and offers you a fantastic view of the sea. Only a few steps then you are on your own beach. Also very suitable for children as the sea is shallow at the edge. Good opportunities for snorkeling and diving thanks to an offshore reef. There is also a grill in the garden. Other water sports in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Freshly caught fish every day just a few minutes' walk away. The 'Fairview' shopping center can be reached by car, taxi or bus in about 5 minutes. Fantastic golf courses in Rose Hall and Ironshore. The house has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms. Living room with kitchen incl. Dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, microwave, oven etc., washing machine, dryer, TV, radio CD and WiFi. My caretaker Tman guards the house day and night and is very friendly and helpful. Martin our cook will be happy to prepare traditional dishes for you. Per meal up to 5 people 30, - US $. He would also be happy to take you to the supermarket. PapaD can pick you up from the airport for up to 5 people for 25, - US $.

The house is well equipped with all you need. Big kitchen with appliances of high quality.
The view of the ocean is unbelievable from the house.

They are so kind and helped us with with all we needed
- picking up/dropping off at the airport

- Martin, the chef, cooked for us twice. Probably the best meal we have ever eaten. He is such a good chef
Last evening was great- PapaD and his family joined us for dinner and we listened to him playing his guitar and singing for us. That experience will stay in our hearts for ever.

Tman was awesome and nice and accomodating and always entertaining.
Martin the chef is also great and cooked for us one dinner, i and my wife learned a lot from him teaching her how to cook Jamaican style mon.
Papa D was always welcoming and arranged a driver for us, his son Dwayne who drove us around to all the attractions in Jamaica at a reasonable price.
Papa D also but a concert for us our last night there which was some of the best music i have heard, still listening to his songs from a CD i bought a few days later. overall we had a wonderful experience at triplets on the bay, and would definetly recccomend a stay here

I booked this trip well in advanced for my 40th birthday. Eleven days prior to the trip the host, Evelyne, messages me stating there will be no chef. After quite a bit of unprofessional communication, she stated she doesn’t feel responsible because Martin doesn’t work for her. That he takes off when he is on holiday. A few days before the trip she sends me a message stating to call the chef. I did so, only for George to answer the phone, verify that I called Jamaica, and tell me he’s a singer not a chef.
I contacted Evelyn to inform her of the results. She responded in a very condescending manner, giving me the phone number again and telling me, “the +1 is very important!!!!” Which informs me that either she didn’t read what I said or didn’t care. I reached out to VRBO
We arrive and are greeted by T-man and Papa D. T-man was the joy of the trip. He’s a very personable and authentic person. His energy is unmatched. He was the only positive part of the rental experience.
He gave us a tour of the house and the grounds and answered any and every question we had. Things went awry when we realized there was an ant problem. We searched to resolve the ant issue. We found Cheetos and chips under the microwave and garbage in the trash. We hadn’t even bought groceries yet.
A deeper look into the home revealed uncleanliness to a level none of us were comfortable with and hazards.
The dishwasher is riddled with mold, the refrigerator leaked, the stovetop and oven were filthy, and one of the metal brackets for the freezer was broken. Some of the living room curtain rods were, either completely or partially, unscrewed. The curtains were stained and had holes.
The bedroom downstairs smelled of fish; no one resided in that room, some of the beds didn’t have mattress protectors and none of the pillow cases had them either, make up stains were on the bed linen, and the floor was so dirty that the bottom of my feet turned black before making it outside.
Luckily, we travel prepared for anything. We came equipped with mattress covers, bed linen, and towels.
The chef, George, who is a singer; wanted to charge a party of three 65 USD per meal. This was the price AFTER us paying to get to the market, and gathering everything we needed for him to cook it. PapaD charged is 25 USD for a four minute ride to the market. Why were we charged when he works for the host? We left the home sanitized and cleaner than when we arrived.

Our stay at Tripletts was made amazing by T Man Papa D and Martin. Our adult and teen kiddos wanted to go explore the town and Papa D took them out and stayed with them. We had the most amazing meal our last night prepared by Martin with a concert by Papa D. There wasn't a question T man couldn't answer or request he couldn't take care of! I can't say enough wonderful things about this home! We will be back for sure!

This is a must stay for groups and families! We were so blessed by the property we only left once. Chillin' by the sea and soaking in the view. Martin, AJ and PapaD made us feel like long time friends. They shopped for us, Martin prepared traditional oxtail dinner. They had dinner with us and PapaD came with guitar to play reggae and his own recordings. Thank you Evelyne for your vision and sharing the beautiful house. We will be back! Respect.

Our stay here allowed us the opportunity to really learn about the people and culture of Jamaica. PapaD, Tman and Martin were our personal guides and showed us what life is like on the island. Our view of the ocean cannot be accurately described with words but it was beautiful. The care we received from PapaD helped us to feel as if he were a longtime friend who we could trust with our lives. We were shown love and kindness which we appreciated and we look forward to seeing our friends in the future. Thanks for everything,

The Veiws were great, the food was good (we bought groceries and AJ cooked for us). Went off properly a few times, and this can be pricey too. The houses are joined together so it was nice having the space, since I rented out both we didn’t have to share the property with any others except the guy(Freddy) that was in the apartment. Luckily he was a lot of fun and joined us for our parties. It was nice being able to blast our music, be right on the water and have the guys keeping us entertained and safe.
The cons: air conditioning broke in one of the rooms and it wasn’t fixed for our stay. The house is close to the road therefore traffic is extremely loud in certain rooms.
The master bedroom in the bigger house is amazing but the bed is awful, I couldn’t even sleep in it unfortunately. Not having air conditioning in the common area wasn’t a huge deal bcuz we were outside or in our rooms.
The grand finale was my absolute fav thing about staying here… papa D put on a little show and everyone was singing and dancing!! All in all, if it weren’t for these guys I would def say 2 stars. They def are a huge assett

Triplets on the bay is quite the experience. I stayed there from January 4th through the 11th 2022. This was my first time in Jamaica and definitely will not be my last especially if I get to stay at triplets again. Close to airport and downtown Montego Bay. The hosts went out of their way to get us anything we needed. They were always available day and night. Highly recommend if you want to stay in Montego Bay Area. Beautiful view!

From start to finish, Papa D, TMan, and Martin took care of our every need. It was my first time in Jamaica, and although I had some travelers in my group who had visited the island before, they’d never experienced it this way. TMan pointed us in the right direction to get everything we needed. PapaD took us all over and we felt so safe and secure with his directions and suggestions. Martin prepared the BEST meals the entire trip. There was nothing better than laying around the pool and ocean, while smelling the sweet aroma of freshly prepared Jamaican cuisine. The villa itself was tidy and clean and had more than enough space for my group. The views from the master balcony are spectacular. Even from the pool and patio area downstairs the views were stunning. The location is 8 mins away from the airport and so close to everything else. The covid test process was seamless and better than in the states (in my opinion). PapaD sung to me for my birthday and when I say he can sing, he can SANG! The vibes here were unmatched, and by the end of the trip we all felt like family! I cannot wait to return and make more memories with our Jamaican family. Thanks so much for your incredible hospitality and making this one of the best birthdays I’ve ever had!

We were there for New Year’s Eve 2020. Even though things were shut down due to the very strict COVID curfews we had a wonderful time. The location of the house is perfect, close to everything, yet secluded. The private beach is sublime. T Man and Papa D are always available if you need anything, and Martin made the most delicious dinner on our last night. I could go on and on, but if you’re thinking of staying here, look no further. You’ll be do happy you did. We’ll be back every chance we get!

Always Amazing
This was our second trip to Triplets and we will be back again! We absolutely love everything about this amazing place! We absolutely adore Tman, Martin and PapaD! Very nice place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Triplets on The Bay. Very nice staff, beautiful view and nice location. Tman was a wonderful bonus to our experience. Although we were limited because of the COVID restrictions, we made the best of our stay at the house. Martin is an awesome cook. He made a delicious red fish meal while coaching my cousin on how to make peas and rice. Only downfall was, our water was off for a day and a half. I contacted the owner who stated that she spoke with 1 of her staff members who stated that the problem was resolved. The problem really wasn't resolved until the night before we left as we found out that a water main was broken and the entire strip was without water. I understand this was something beyond any one's control but I feel that the issue was brushed off by the property manager. We couldn't clean as we wanted to because of this issue. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful and I highly recommended Triplets on the Bay.

My new favorite rental in Jamaica
My two friends and I stayed the first week of March and thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.! We felt very lucky to have found this place and plan on visiting many more times in the future. The house has 4 bedrooms which are all spacious and comfortable. The living area is huge and has sliding doors across the entire front to enjoy the beautiful view!! You are right on the waters edge and it is truly a magnificent sight. We spent most of our time at the villa on the downstairs covered patio enjoying the water and the breeze. We were totally relaxed the entire week! T-Man keep the outdoor patio area clean and neat and overall helped us in some way every day. He is a great guy to talk with about Jamaica and his bigger-than-life personality will keep you entertained with each conversation. We rented a car and he was waiting outside the gate for us when we arrived and never stopped watching over us for our entire stay. PaPa D drove us to the Rockland Bird Sanctuary one day and proved to be a fantastic driver maneuvering quite expertly on a narrow, mountainous road with a rock cliff on one side and a sheer drop off on the other! I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes nature and beautiful surroundings. The birds will sit on your finger while you hold a bottle of sugar water to feed them. It is truly amazing! We ended the day with dinner at Marguerite’s, which I also highly recommended for the food, the service and the view. Martin is the cook and a very fine one at that! We were lucky enough to meet Evelyne, the owner, while we were there. I immediately felt a warm, loving connection to her! To celebrate her last night I asked Martin to prepare a celebration dinner and boy, did he follow through!! He and I went shopping and gathered shrimp, chicken, lots of fresh veggies, potatoes to mash, rice and peas and ingredients for a chocolate cake. Everything was cooked to perfection and even included a perfect homemade jerk sauce. We were all stuffed! I now consider all three of the men and Evelyne to be friends. They are genuine people and will make you feel welcome and like you’ve known them forever!! We all said we felt blessed to have gotten to know them! I have been to Jamaica many, many times and have stayed at all-inclusive resorts, hotels and, over the last 5 years, several vacation rentals. I have stayed everywhere from Ocho Rios to Negril, and I can truthfully say that this has been the best vacation ever!! Thank you!!

Fun in Jamaica
We enjoyed our time at Triplets on the Bay. The views from the balconies and patio are gorgeous. The staff greeted us when we arrived and T-Man showed us everything we needed to know about the house. The house was nice. 3 of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms which was very nice. Martin was GREAT! He was our go to guy for advice and to find someone to take us where we needed to go. ( Papa D must have been busy during our stay as he was not around until last couple days). Martin cooked us excellent meals and accompanied us to store when we arrived as well as purchasing for us at the local fish market. Although we rarely saw T-Man, he kept home secure and gate locked at night and saved the day when he located a life jacket for me after I left mine at The Blue Hole Mineral Spring! There are a couple shops and restaurants close by but if you are up for a hike there is a shopping center 1.2 miles away where we found lots of souvenir shops, the grocery store, and a nice restaurant. There are small issues as previous reviews mentioned, but staggered showers help with hot water issues and we would suggest putting the deepest sleepers in front bedrooms due to traffic noise. The property met our needs and afforded us a relatively peaceful week together with family.

BEST FAMILY VACATION EVER!!!
Excellent experience! We went to Triplets on the Bay for my sons 16th birthday and my 40th. We could not have asked for more! Martin, T-Man, and Papa D have become part of our family. There are always around for anything you may need. If they can't take care of it, they will find someone who can quickly. Martin is a PHENOMENAL CHEF! He provided us with dinners that were divine. The best place we ever stayed at.
We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful house. Relaxing outside by the pool overlooking the deep blue and turquoise Caribbean sea was exactly what we all needed. It was perfect. Chef Marvin is on site to cook a glorious Jamaican meal. The lobster with curry was amazing. If we wanted a meal out, and did not want to go to one of the many restaurants within walking distance, driver Tman was there to help. He also drove us to the Luminous Lagoon to swim with the phytoplankton. Very cool, just a 20 min drive. But now the best part. The day before we left, the entire crew including owner Evelyne threw us a going away party on the back porch at night. Tman brought out his guitar and we all sang and partied all night. It was very special.
Also, the house was fantastic. 4 bedroom with the master having a very large luxurious bathroom and a great view. The kitchen is very nice and has all the pots,pans and plates we needed. There is plenty of towels for the pool too.
We all loved our stay and definitely want to return. Thank you again Evelyne, we all hope to see you again soon.
