Located in Maushop Village, this lovely cottage for $343 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Steps to private ocean beach, Beautiful Nantucket style condo, sleeps 4 comfortably with pull out queen sofa bed, fully applicanced kitchen, private patio for morning coffee or afternoon relaxing. Restaurants, shopping, library, movies, golf and much more within a 10 minute drive. Steps away from the beach, the Popponesset Inn and Market Place. Maushop Village is a private beach community located in New Seabury. The Mashpee police maintain a guard at the entrance of the village to restrict beach access to non-residents. There is a no pet policy for renters or guests that is strictly enforced.The home is smoke free...non smokers only.

Even during a rainy weekend, the cozy space was perfect for a weekend retreat. Quiet, comfortable, with amenities all very close by (within 15 minutes) it was a perfect mix of rural & convenient.

Exactly as listed. Check in was easy and had no issues the whole week. Quick walk to the beach. The neighborhood is great and everyone was beyond friendly. Looking forward to next year already.

We had a perfect week. It was cozy comfortable clean and conveniently located. Very short walk to the ocean and short walk to a cute little shopping center. Lots of walking trails nearby too if you like to take walks

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was a perfect size for 2 people. Quick walk to the beach or the Popponesset Marketplace. The house was well stocked, comfortable, and clean.

I took 2 weeks to enjoy MaryAnne's wonderful cottage- one week for work and one for exploring. The cottage is so cozy and comfortable, and provided myself and a guest with enough room to relax and enjoy. The kitchen has everything you need and the outside has 2 patios! Ocean access and a short walk to the Marketplace shops and restaurants. Perfection!

A very short walk to a nice beach, ocean view from the dining room. Tesla superchargers are conveniently 10 minutes away at Mashpee Commons made accessing the rest of the Cape very easy.

Such a great place for a family with younger kids. Mostly everything you would want/need on vacation is a pleasant walk away. Including the amazing beach!

The place is very clean and quiet. Condo complex looks like resort. All people around are very friendly and polite. The beach is very convenient, with fine sand and quite shallow, good for small kids. Stores and restaurants are within 10 minute drive. We would come again.

Cottage was very clean and comfortable. The location wasn’t ideal on a corner by the entrance to the village. A few things were missing that I expected such as a face cloth, extra toilet paper rolls and paper towels for the kitchen.

When we arrived (off-season) the property had not been cleaned. I called the owner/manager and she had the housekeeper come over while we were at dinner. Nice location, but the complex was a bit difficult to navigate. The property looked as it appeared in the pictures. I would stay here again.

Pros: clean, quiet, beautiful small place for a vacation on the Cape. Access to beach was a short walk away and in a convenient location to attractions (Martha's Vineyard)
Cons: the beach has been eroded and very difficult to access with water with all the rocks. We did find an amazing beach in Falmouth that was not crowded.
Overall: An excellent vacation for us.

Excellent place. Very clean. Had everything necessary for a week by the beach. Love being in Maushop Village - very close to the beach, a short walk to coffee every morning and then drinks and dinner at night. Looking forward to next year!
