Floor to ceiling windows offer views from every angle of the lush tropical landscape. There is a 42" HDTV/DVD player set in the shelves to one side of the fireplace. Custom shelves with a marble top grace the other side. Settle into the comfortable furnishings and enjoy the company of those you are traveling with. Step into the dining area where you can gather for meals around the farm table that seats up to 10. Share stories from your day while dining on a meal created in the huge custom kitchen. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
