Roomy and clean. Absolutely loved watching sunrise from bed through the huge window overlooking the ocean. The balcony view of the ocean is also nice. Loved being right on rhe beach. Owner was WONDERFUL to work with. We rented at the last minute, and he was very helpful. I would stay here again, but I woyld try to arrive during regular hours. After hour check in was rather complicated.

This property was very clean and spacious! Had a large king bed room that looks onto the beach and two double beds in another room! Two clean bathrooms and a tv in every room! Absolutely loved it!

We had a great time! We had beautiful views and just steps away from the beach. Plenty of space for the four of us. Any questions we had were answered quickly and all of our needs were met. We look forward to coming back in the future.

My husband booked this trip for my 15 year old daughter and me as a surprise after a year long battle with breast cancer. I still don’t have my full strength and energy back, and I was a bit worried that I wouldn’t be ready to travel from NY to Florida. I’m so glad I decided to go. This place was amazing! The check in process was not as difficult as I expected. The employees at the front desk were so polite. Ben was in touch to make sure our arrival was safe and smooth.
When I walked into the unit I immediately noticed how CLEAN it was. It smelled fresh and welcoming. It was a spacious place for the 2 of us! It could easily sleep my family of 5; and this is where we will stay if we travel to Florida again. The ocean view is spectacular! Wow. The kitchen is updated with all appliances all working.
I was impressed with the quality of the furniture. Everything was so comfortable.
Easy access to the ocean and the pool was refreshing and well kept.
Each day security monitored the premises to make sure guests were wearing the wristband given to us at check-in. This made me feel safe.
There are washing machines and dryers on each floor which was convenient. The unit had beach towels, chairs, umbrellas etc which was great for the beach!
The balcony was a great place to sit at night and just listen to the waves.
I could go on and on. I highly recommend renting this unit if you are looking for a great place!
My only complaint about this place was having to leave.

Aside from the little complicated check in progress and the fact that you'd have to pay for the fob even though it's returned at the end of the trip. everything is just perfect. great location, great beach, great views and great host. would definitely come back next time I'm in Miami!

The place was great for a beach weekend vacation , the unit had everything you need for a fun stay , just remember to bring your own beach cooler since the unit doesn't provide any , i would stay here again with no doubt 😀

Spent 5 days with my family at this condo at the Tides. The check-in process is a bit convoluted, but the landlord does a great job explaining the process which made it a non-issue. The unit has a great view of the beach from both the balcony and the master bedroom, and it has easy access to both the beach and the pool - neither of which was crowded when we went. I appreciated the included beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and even small beach toys for our 3 year old. Not having a car (we preferred to Uber everywhere), we used Instacart to get food delivered. We met the delivery person in the front of the building which was easy enough. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely love to come back.

Great location, very clean, great views, on the beach. Owner very communicative which waa great but we had to sign so much before we even came and send documents. And they way the check at the property was described from the owner made it seem almost daunting. Turned out check in was easy and all went well. Very nice staff and guests.

We stayed in this apartment for a family vacation. The unit was super clean and very well stocked. All of the amenities were great, especially the proximity to the beach. Ben, the owner, was very helpful and communicated regularly with me. We were an after-hours check-in so he provided the detailed instructions we needed to get in the apartment. Highly recommend Ben and this great apartment if your heading to the south Florida coast!

First time at the Tides and it was a wonderful experience. Check in seemed a bit complicated but was a breeze at the end. Ben was awesome in responding to some questions we had in regards to the building. Beach and condo were just awesome. Location is great if you are staying in the area. Had 2 19 year olds and wanted to go to South Beach every night so it was a drive there and back. Only con for me were the fobs, has nothing to to do with Ben and Mario but paying 60 dollars for 2 fobs to access your condo that you rented seemed a little excessive.

Central location. Not much to do besides beach had to Uber north to eat but it was a great location

All and all we had a lovely stay at this location. It’s easy to find. The checking process was a little confusing but we got through it. The apartment was very clean. There’s towels for you and some toiletry items. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. There’s no washer and dryer in the apartment but there is one in the floor to use. Also - If you need to refill your laundry card, there’s a machine on the wall left of the lobby in both buildings to refill the card. You don’t have to go back to the checkin office to do that. I think my only complaint was having to wear the blue wristband they give you for the pool my entire stay, it made my daughters wrist very itchy and you can’t remove it or it breaks. Small inconvenience for an otherwise nice stay. There’s a little cafe/store in the building, it’s a little pricey but good in a pinch. Easy access to the beach. Beach was clean and not overly crowded. Pool was also nice, no life guards on duty at the pool. The beach has a lifeguard stand but I think they’re mostly just there for chair and umbrella rental. Nice view from the balcony. The whole building was nice and clean too. It has a big gym facility you can use also. The kitchen has lots of cutlery and dishes provided as well as a mini bottle of dish soap and some dishwasher pods.

Went for a girls weekend and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The girls all said how great the place was and clean! Owners were extremely responsive and helpful. We loved that there was a cafe on site for drinks/food. The views were amazing and access to get to pool and beach was great. Would go back for sure!

Nice clean property. The master bedroom has the best view. It is a full picture window facing the beachfront. The unit has beach chairs, towels and an umbrella which was perfect for guest that are flying in for a vacation getaway.

The property was immaculately clean and so beautiful! Very spacious! The view was amazing and the beach/pool access was easy to get to.
The only thing I’d change is that the check in process was a little complicated.
You have to get out of the car, fill out a form with the valet who gives you a sheet of paper (never really said what it was for) and then tells you to go into the lobby to complete registration. There was no one at the desk when I entered so I kind of just walked around until I luckily found where I was supposed to go. Once I got there, the registrar told me that the $20 deposit was cash only even though the instructions stated it would be via credit card. I had to go back out to the main lobby and use the atm and go back out to the parking lot to get my partner as I was told he had to be present to put the bracelet on. Luckily the employees in registration were helpful and were able to talk me through it but I was still a little frustrated that we had to jump through so many hoops just for parking and the fob and then were still left to figure out parking on our own.
Despite this minor inconvenience we still had a wonderful time and have no doubt we’d have no issues coming back.
The only other minor issue we had was that the hot water handle in the bathroom in the master bedroom was broken. With some tweaking we got it functional but never could get it completely fixed.
Despite all this, we still had an amazing time & would highly recommend to anyone!

We were very impressed with the accommodations for the week! The condo was very spacious and clean and had a beautiful oceanfront view from the master bedroom and the balcony. Well-equipped with everything we needed for indoors and out (including a beach umbrella and folding chairs which were much appreciated!) The beach was beautiful and the water was crystal clear a few days. The location was great - less than an hour to Miami, just over an hour to the Florida Keys. Great location for day trips or for just staying put and enjoying the beach and pool. Very short drive to Hollywood Beach or Lauderdale by the Sea. Communication was great throughout the week. We would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

Condo was beautiful and spotless! Pool and beach were lovely. I wish we knew this building was 2 miles from Hollywood Beach Broadwalk but we made due with lots of walking.

Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Gorgeous sunrises fully visible from the main bedroom. Fully stocked fitness center. Stunning foliage in the common gardens. Impeccable communication with property manager. Loaded with umbrella and beach chairs. Enjoyed the outdoor pool. Nice glimpse of the intercoastal from the balcony as well.

Gorgeously decorated ocean view apartment. Owner was immensely helpful and kind. Pool and beach were fabulous. We had a fabulous time. Short Uber/or shuttle ride to the Hollywood Boardwalk. Check-in was a little overwhelming as it was busy getting out wristbands and there was a language barrier with any help at front desk. We figured it out though, and once settled had a fabulous time. The coffee/food shop “Enjoy” was so convenient and had great selections to have on the beach or in their cute cafe. We’d return for sure.

Property was good. Only bothersome issue was it took 15+ minutes to get hot water for showers etc. That was annoying.
Check in process is awful!!!!!! Need to streamline it somehow because we felt frustrated over the entire process. And after reading fine print we should have paid for 3 daily days or parking as opposed to a week!! $150 to park 2 cars for 3 days was way steep along with $60 for park passes.
