Arrived after hours (having been provided the access code at least once earlier in the day, both by text and email). The facility is presently a work in progress as many condos still have extensive renovations taking place. However, it appears that the condos that were available were quite nice. Our unit was a 2BR 2Bath oceanfront. You couldn’t beat the views. The balcony was unfortunately still waiting repair, but it didn’t hurt the view any. The staff were as helpful as they could be. Place could benefit from in-unit washers and dryers, but beyond that, we had zero concerns.

Overall, we were so happy to be back at the Moorings and they have done a wonderful job getting things to where they are now.We did have some bug issues - spiders, lizards (very small) and very big Palmetto bugs. The bed in the main bedroom was very hard, but we found the guest room to be much more comfortable.Again, just so happpy to be back on Sanibel and already booked for next year

the bedding was hard and too high. Needs outdoor lighting. The cleaning charge when you were ask to put out garbage and recycling
