The ground floor of the villa consists of a cozy living room (fireplace, TV 52”) ,a sitting room with TV, a comfy dining room, a bathroom and a modern kitchen full equipped surrounded by a spacious terrace which leads to the mesmerizing garden. --The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms, (one with a bathroom ensuite) and a spacious central bathroom, surrounded by large windows and balconies. --The second floor consists of a master bedroom and a traditionally decorated “room of memories”, surrounded as well by a spacious balcony, overlooking Kremasti village and sea view. -- The basement leads to the back garden and the BBQ area. In the basement, you can test your skills on the pool table or do some training at the Wooden and marble- floors. - 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,1 WC, 1 living room, fireplace, TV 52'', sitting room, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen area fully equipped. Pool table and gym area, 1 store room, and 1 laundry room fully equipped. -Central air condition and individual a/c in every bedroom - Wi-Fi, Satellite TV - Full Security System ( Alarm, CCTV) - Housekeeping once a week - Baby beds available Outside facilities: -Swimming pool with sun beds. - Roof terrace, balconies, BBQ place Garden with several fruit trees and vegetables, you can collect for free. The villa is great and far bigger than expected. The master bedroom is very nice and comfortable. The other rooms are nice too, though some of my friends said the beds weren’t the most comfortable. Every room has a balcony which is nice. Nickolas was helpful and came round most days. The location is good, it’s just under a 10 minute walk to kremasti, where the restaurants are very nice. There are also plenty of shops and bars. The taxis to Rhodes are €17 if you catch one in kremasti (or €20 if you book it). There is also a bus every 15 minutes, which takes around 30 mins to get to Rhodes. Would definitely consider staying again if we were to come to Rhodes. Also if you go to Rhodes town, definitely visit da Vinci ice cream shop

The property is spacious, clean,comfortable and well maintained. The owner is very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. It's a good location for exploring the island car is essential for this. The bus though to Rhodes goes from the village about 10 min walk away every 15 mins and runs until 1am Mon to sat 12.30 on a Sunday. Would definitely stay again.

Nikos is a very nice man , he explained everything and helped with the transfer from the airport to the house . The house and pool are clean , Nikos has reviewed the pool regularly . He has a total love dog named Max . It was a nice holiday.
