Did not have breakfast. Somewhat convenient to airport. Your representative arranged a taxis for us to airport at 4:30 in morning. Great customer service.

Due to change in ferry schedule, we missed first night of our stay. Hotel advised they could not refund our prepaid room for that one night. We stayed the second night, but did get into room early.

Well entertained facilitys, clean rooms, comfy beds. Staff very service minded and helpful, they really made our stay!

Extra fee for using the air conditioner, is by my opinion a scam! No hand soap in our bathroom, just 2 really small tubes of schampoo/shower gel. Owners all day sitting in the restaurant and suspiciously watching their guests isnt really comfortable. Very noisy from the hallway, the doors into our room wasnt keeping the noice out and others guests door slamming.
