Superb

The owner has been very nice and hospitable! The studio was simple, but clean and there was everything we needed. The owner hosted us with a bottle of water, one of wine and savoury snack, very nice. I recommend it!

Excellent place

I loved this place. The very welcoming, friendly and affectionate staff. The villa is located in one of the calmest places on the island. Nearby there are some good taverns and mini markets with very nice staff. Kremasti beach is a few meters away. It is a pleasant beach for relaxation. I strongly recommend this place. Rhodes was a great experience.

he was self-sufficient

The planes descended over the house, a lot of noise, mornong and evening. It was not normal trash in the toilet and kitchen. There were many ants.

Very nice apartment with a nice garden and 10 min on foot from the beach

The beach is a 10 min walk from the hotel (Kremasti Beach) and everything someone may need (supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, tour operators) are in walking distance. The apartment has two balconies and the front one is right next to the garden (was really relaxing to sit there). Apartment owner and his daughter were always available and helpful when we needed something.

It can get really hot in Rhodos and with just a fan the apartment didn't really cool off (but at night it was ok). The power sockets were a bit few and far from each other (a multi-socket would help).

Very pleased

Very good value for money. The host is very nice and helpful. We were there mainly to kitesurf so the location was very good close to Kremasti beach. Wifi worked very well. The property is in a less densely populated area, which is very nice. But you need a car to get around.

There were a few cockroaches, but there's probably not much to be done about it during the summer in the south as the property is surrounded by vegetation (which is very nice).

Great place for a kitesurfing holiday

Simple well kept apartment close to the center of Kremasti and the Air riders kite club. It has cooking facilities and a fridge. The owners are friendly and helpful

One point less for the lack of views and the planes.
