About this condo rental

Located in Duisburg, this attractive condo for $64 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Our well maintained two-room apartment "Sunshine" is flooded with light, the sun rays illuminate the rooms in the course of the day again and again from other sites. The colors yellow and orange can be found everywhere in the apartment and give it a warm, comfortable-modern character. Here are 2 people plenty of space to relax. The kitchen is equipped with all household items. The dishwasher does the dishes. Coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, toast and butter are available for the first breakfast. You arrive in the evening? Then you will find a cracker for pizza or lasagna in the freezer. And some soft drinks, beer and wine are available in the fridge (at cost price according to consumption). So you can first arrive in peace and on the next day in the immediate vicinity to do your shopping. And if you want to eat out, you can reach the various restaurants and snack bars (German, Italian, Greek, Turkish, Italian cuisine) in a few minutes walk. Of course, towels, bath towels, bed linen and tea towels are included in the rent. You have to wash your clothes? Then you can use our washing machine and dryer for a fee of 5 €. Lintorf is a small district of Ratingen with almost village character. Here you can enjoy the tranquility after a busy day at the fair, a long shopping spree or a sightseeing tour through Dusseldorf and the surrounding area. Everything you need, you can find within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlor. In the village there is a great swimming pool with outdoor pool, indoor pool and excellent sauna. Here you can relax wonderfully. In our large garden may be grilled and we look forward to, if you tell us about your daily experiences. The nearest bus stop is only 5 minutes away. From here, a direct line to the city center of Düsseldorf (about 35 minutes by express bus). The airport can also be reached by bus and S-Bahn within about 30 minutes. Very conveniently located (5 minutes by car to A3, A44 and A52, A524 (Kreuz Breitscheid), 15 minutes to Dusseldorf Airport, 20 minutes to Messe Düsseldorf and 25 minutes to Messe Essen, 10 minutes to the center of Ratingen. In our street there are very good, free parking facilities.

Pleasant apartment in Lintorf village. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. Just a 5 min walk to bus line. Grocery shopping walking distance. Check in was easy Good for small families sharing one room Tv needs a code to work but otherwise no problems. Cute place

Wir sind jedes Jahr aufgrund der Nähe zur Messe hier. Eine tolle kleine Wohnung, die alles hat, was man braucht und sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Auch der Aufenthalt mit Kleinkind hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Tolle Wohnung und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist gut als Alternative für die teuere Preise von Düsseldorf, aber man sollte ein Auto haben, auch wenn es ÖVPN Verbindungen gibt.

Zeer aan te raden appartement

Heel aangenaam en warm onthaal. Heel mooi huis met grote tuin. Mooi en heel proper appartement. Maar drie negatieve opmerkingen: geen microgolfoven; slechts 1 televisiekanaal in het Frans (France 24) (geen gevonden in het Nederlands); luchthaven, autosnelweg en spoorweg heel dichtbij (hoewel dit in het appartement geen probleem stelt omdat het heel goed geïsoleerd is). Eigenaars die in het huis wonen, maar heel charmant koppel bereid om hulp te verlenen bij het minste probleem. Interessante attentie: indien u 's avonds laat of 's nachts toekomt, er zijn dranken, een te verwarmen avondmaaltijd en ontbijt voorzien. We hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad. Zeker aan te bevelen. PS: we zijn er geweest om een concert te gaan zien (NB: Duitsers organiseren dit veel beter dan in België en Frankrijk) en ondanks onze "onzekerheid" over ons eerste verblijf in Duitsland waren we heel aangenaam verrast: Duitsers zijn heel glimlachend en zeer sympathiek. Zeker te herhalen!!!

Schöne komplett eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Es war alles da, vom Shampoo über Deo und Duschgel bis hin zu Kaffee, Zucker und Milch. Sogar der Kühlschrank war gefüllt. Jederzeit wieder.

Fijne woning voor 2 personen met aanwezigheid van balkon, want het werd onverwacht warm. Alles is aanwezig voor goed verblijf. Op loopafstand van meerdere restaurant en winkels. Andrea en Michael ontvangen je hartelijk en zijn bereid om vragen te beantwoorden en suggesties te doen. Mooie uitvalsbasis als je in het oude industriegebied wilt wandelen of fietsen.

Alles bestens eingerichtet und vor allem perfekt vorbereitet. Die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter haben auch an die Blitzurlauber gedacht, die schon mal Duschgel o.ä. vergessen ;-) … Auch für das leibliche Wohl gibt es eine wunderbare Grundausstattung, falls man erst spät Abends ankommt. Schöne, helle Wohnung, es war alles vorhanden was man so benötigt, wir haben nichts vermisst! Die Lage ist auch prima, zu Fuß erreicht man alles wichtige und Parkplätze waren auch immer direkt davor frei! Was uns etwas gestört hat war die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung, wir könnten alles was unten gesprochen wurde hören und wahrscheinlich haben sie auch unsere Tochter öfter gehört die kränkelte und somit oft quengelig war 🙈 Zusammengefasst war die Wohnung in Ordnung für unsere Bedürfnisse aber mit Kind würden wir in Zukunft die Wohnung nicht mehr buchen, für zwei Erwachsene ist die Wohnung wunderbar! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Lovely sunny spacious apartment in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Andrea and Michael are both very warm, welcoming & friendly hosts who offer any help you may need with information on places to visit and transport options. They are both very knowledgeable about the area and have great tips for places you may not think to visit. The apartment is exactly as described and has everything you may need for a comfortable stay, and is very much a home away from home. There are great transport links from the town to enable you to discover other surrounding areas like Dusseldorf, Essen, Cologne and Old town Kettwig just to mention a few. We very much enjoyed our time at this apartment and would not hesitate to recommend it or stay again if our journey takes us back through this region.

We had a great stay in the super clean, lovely flat. Everything is just like in the pictures. Our host was really very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this place and we are very happy to stay there again. We lacked nothing, the house is very well equipped and it was nice and warm when we arrived. 5 stars for a five star place!!!

We are a couple from Scotland who made a trip to Düsseldorf for a week's break. The location was a perfect place for us to travel to and from Düsseldorf. The apartment itself was fantastic, we were given our own space with use of a nice kitchen including all the practical appliances. It was very home like and pleasing to return back to each evening. The local town of Ratigen-Lintorf was a lovely town with good public transport links to & from Düsseldorf. There were plenty of local shops, bakeries and supermarkets all within walking distance. We wouldn't hesitate to return again and we would recommend it to anyone who enjoys having some independence while travelling and for those who seek a home away from home.
