Situated in Sunset Beach, this lovely condo for $136 per night is a great option for your next vacation. What sets #46 apart from the rest is the view(s), the best of both worlds inside and out. This second floor condo features a view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and front balcony. Plus a sunrise view of the intracoastal water way from the bedroom. The kitchen features fully equipped, newer appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar with seating for 3, plus bar table seating for 2. The living room features a large flat screen television and a sofa. Cable and wireless internet included, and coin operated W/D on site. From the outside, #46 is located on the southern tip of a barrier island just 90 steps across a quaint neighborhood street with pedestrian walkways to beautiful white sand beaches, peaceful away from the crowds, yet within walking distance to restaurants and live entertainment. Located 4 miles from John’s Pass, for shopping, day cruises, and fishing charters. Other nearby attractions includes Busch Gardens, Clearwater Aquarium (home of Winter the dolphin), Salvador Dali Museum, and Fort Desoto State Park. #46 has a heated beachside pool, free parking, picnic table and grill. We stayed for almost a month. We didn’t want to leave! The property was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Right across the road from the beach. Found sandollars out on the sand bar along with other shells. Great walking on the beach every morning. Caddy’s and Tiki bar in walking distance. Great restaurant close by. We had to cut our stay a little short due to Idalia.

My wife and I stayed in mid-July for five days, six nights. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and this property was perfect for us. It was exactly as described. The beach view pictured looks exactly like the picture my wife took while sitting on the balcony outside the condo. It took us, at the most, two minutes to walk to the beach. There was plenty of parking, and the property is easy to access. The couple of questions I had prior to our arrival, the owner responded to quickly. We hope to stay here again in the not too distant future.

Condo was great. Everything was very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. We also really appreciated the HDMI cable, to connect our own device for streaming. Host was super helpful; I've never had a VRBO host reply so quickly before. (more than once). She even stopped by and helped us readjust the thermostat. The place was immaculately clean and everything looked brand new. Christmas decorations were a nice added touch.
We would gladly stay there again.

This rental property is furnished beyond my expectations!! Owner thought of everything and made available for renters to use. Unit is just steps away from the beautiful and quiet Sunset Beach. Will definitely recommend this rental to my family and friends.

We unfortunately visited during red tide so we spent most of the time inside but it was perfect for us. The kitchen was full of everything you’d need, plenty of towels for showering, and lots of pillows for added comfort at bedtime. We can’t say enough great things about this condo! We will be back to stay!

This beach condo was the PERFECT choice for my small family and I to enjoy our vacation this year. I was searching for weeks for the perfect one and I am so glad I chose this gem. The condo was beautiful and fully stocked with EVERYTHING you may need. Towels, pool noodles/float, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, beach mats, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, tooth brushes, sunscreen, laundry detergents, I mean seriously everything. The kitchen was fully loaded with every appliance/utensil you may need! The living room area had games and books for you to enjoy during your stay with the family. The couch and bed were so comfortable. Now on to the location....
There are no words. It is directly across the street from the most beautiful beach I’ve been to in Florida. On the porch, you can sit and watch the waves. The water was absolutely beautiful, clear and so clean!! The beach was never crowded. So many shells to find to bring home. On the sand bars you could literally see manatees! The pool was perfect for us and it was my 15 month olds favorite spot! Never crowded, extremely clean. I can’t wait to come back and stay here next summer, probably for an even longer stay! 7 days wasn’t nearly enough. Thank you so much Kandis for opening up your summer home to my family and I. We absolutely had the best vacation.

This was one of the places I have rented via VRBO! Everything I needed was there, including beach chairs, an umbrella, (even sunscreen), toys for the beach..just great! The Condo is very comfortable with a full kitchen, comfortable bed in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I didn't have a car but if I did there was plenty of parking. Sunset Beach is a residential beach, and in these uncertain times.. fewer crowds is what we need! I hope to rent this place again and again..it was so comfortable and homey.

Wonderful stay on the beach!
This is a lovely property! Updated and clean it had everything that we needed to enjoy our 9 day holiday vacation. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen had a lot of extras that we didn't need to buy, and the beach chairs, umbrella and towels were an added bonus for added beach comfort. It is on a quieter part of the beach but still walking distance to many restaurants and bars. I would recommend this to anyone and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great location with quick access to the beach
My son and I stayed at this location for a week and we totally enjoyed ourselves. I will definitely book another vacation here again. The unit was just the right size for us and it was only about a 3 minute walk across the street and you were on the beach which was so convenient. When we went to the beach, there was plenty of room for people to spread out. The majority of the dwellings along the beach were private homes so there were no large crowds. The owner, Kandis Dunn, is a very nice person and answers all your questions right away. She provides beach chairs if you forget to bring yours and if you have young children, which I don't, she even has beach toys (pails, shovels and even those noodles) for them to play with. If you want a peacefully relaxing vacation, then this is the place to be.

Amazing location
Really enjoyed our stay. It is right across a very quiet street from Sunset Beach. We loved being able to access the ocean so easily. The beach was super quiet. Never a crowd. You are within walking distance of Caddys and a few restaurants. Driving to anything was very easy. We loved the St Pete area. There were also boardwalks to walk, depending on far you wanted to walk.
The condo was older, but updated nicely. VERY clean.
We had a problem with the TV and Kandis came over and took care of it as soon as possible.
Lovely stay for a reasonable price.

Lovely cottage
Thanks so much for Kandis Dunn to providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay on Sunset Beach for us.The location of property is incredibly convenient to all areas and the access to the beach and restaurants was fabulous.... What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. We cant wait to come back! The only inconvenience for us was it was season of red tied next time we probably choose different month.

Kandis the host was great! She allowed us to arrive a little earlier than normal check in. There were some snacks in the cupboard, also stocked with kitchenware. She also had a cooler and pool floats which was nice. We really didn’t need to bring anything but ourselves and the only thing we had to buy was our food for the week. The only thing that would have made it better was if the pool had lounge chairs so you didn’t have to carry your own over. The location is great for a quiet beach vacation. The beach was never super crowded and it’s not as “tourist-y” in that area.

Great price for what you get!
This condo was everything we expected and more! Right across the street from the beach, quiet but close to everything, and beautiful sunrises out the bedroom window. The beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys were a big hit with my family! It was nice to not have to bring all of this from home. The only negative thing I have to say is about the bed. We are not used to a firm bed, so it was very uncomfortable for us. We will definitely return though!

Best condo!!!
We absolutely loved our stay at the Harbor House. The condo had everything we could possibly have needed. The bed seemed new and was so comfortable! Great hot water for after the beach showers. Has a DVR and DVD player. Has board games that my daughter loved to play. The condominium was quite with several other family’s there. Even had some beach gear. Condo was the perfect size for my family of 3. It could easily sleep 4. It is located on the quiet end of the beach but still close to everything. It’s directly across from the Sunset Chataeu that is located on the beach. Caddy’s is literally a minute walk down the beach. My daughter loved the pool that is shared with the Sunset Chataeu. From the step outside the door until your feet hit the sand is literally 2-3 minutes tops across a hardly busy street mostly locals only. We spent all of our days on the beach. We saw a sea turtle nesting at night, saw several dolphins that were super close to the beach, we also saw stingrays. I was unfortunate enough to get barbed by a stingray but after a short trip to the ER and was in and out in 45 mins. They had me fixed right up! We absolutely loved our stay! I recommend staying here to anyone. Kandis has thought of everything and she was so sweet with answering and questions. We will definitely be back!
