Magic days of sheer happiness

Svens Bakery is the adjusted restaurant with the kindest staff imaginable- plenty of food of all kinds - spick span cleanliness, in the hotel itself wonderful helpful people - and don't miss the rooftop pool and leisure part with wellness For me it was a friendly family home. Thanks everyone! I picked it for closeness to the thetre but you have to realise the Al Zaichad Road splits the town into, so taxis are helpful, on time and worth while. Better than a 5 star giant

Excellent stay, very clean hotel, great amenities, spacious rooms, fantastic location. Recommended.

The room was very spacious, one of the biggest I ever found in a hotel, with all amenities, its own kitchen, closet, sofa. Plenty of tea and coffee everyday, water bottles in the room. The breakfast was very good on the ground floor. In a clean friendly environment. The location is amazing, 500m from the Burj Khalifa metro station, where you can go to many places, or just walk inside the air-conditioned tunnel and visit the Burj Khalifa area (building, fountain, shopping mall for food). The personnel was amazing, very helpful, smiling and happy to help. I ordered something from Amazon.ae and they received the delivery of the package for me while I was away. The shopping mall in the same block of the hotel offers good products to buy and a very cheap supermarket, next door!

A very large room with great location and very high value for money as all other hotels were fully Booked. It's near a shop mall that has Kosher food

Excellent 1st visit to Leva Hotel and I will certainly book Leva Hotel on my next visit.

1. The Breakfast Buffet was exceptional. Great Job everyone. 2. The room was a very nice and lovely size for a hotel. 3. The location was great as we walked to Dubai Mall in about 15-20 minutes. 4. The "bread" at the restaurant was exceptional. 5. Loved the remote drapery setup.

When I booked the room, booking.com told me that the room would come with a balcony. However, the room I was assigned didn't have a balcony. Not a big deal, but hopefully, on my next visit, I will get a room with a balcony. It would be great if the exterior glass could be cleaned as the windows were dusty outside.

Heerlijk verblijf met top locatie, fijne kamer en vriendelijk personeel!

De locatie, vriendelijk personeel en hele fijne kamer! Ook een fijn zwembad. Alles was er om de vakantie zo aangenaam mogelijk maken! Ook heel fijn dat er een keuken in de kamer zat én er flesjes water beschikbaar waren.

Alles beviel erg goed! Het enige is misschien dat de ventilator/airco de wind blaast op het bed. Zonder ventilator slapen is erg heet, maar mét ventilator zorgde voor veel wind in je nek in bed

Welcoming staff and a good location!

The location to City Walk and Coca Cola arena is great. Walking distance or a short taxi ride. The hotel itself is quirky and breakfast tasty. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Basement car parking if required. Rooftop pool, gym etc.

Colazione molto buona e staff molto gentile. Quando siamo stati noi c'erano lavori di ristrutturazione ma non troppo fastidiosi. Bella la piscina sul tetto.

Очень вежливый персонал, довольна вкусная еда, хорошее месторасположения

Велись ремонтные работы, невозможно было выспаться, ужасный WiFi, уборка проходит каждый день, но она в себя включает только вынос мусора, заправленную кровать, замену полотенец. Не пылесосят каждый день, пыль не протирается. И я брала номер по описанию с одной большой кроватью и типо раскладным креслом для 9ти летнего ребенка, на том кресле было невозможно спать. Пришлось взять дополнительную кровать- за 30.12. И 31.12. с меня взяли тройную стоимость за кровать . В целом сами номера просят ремонта.

Bon rapport qualité prix, nous recommandons !

Hôtel très propre et très bien situé ; tout le personnel est très agréable ! Notre chambre avait un balcon qui donnait sur la burj khalifa on était en vip pour le feu d’artifice du nouvel an !!

Le lit d’appoint pour notre ado de 16 ans pas adapté, trop court et trop dur malgré la surepaisseur demandée; pas confortable pour une semaine entière !

I'd pick it again

The service was impeccable. Days before we checked in, I received messages from the staff asking for special requests. I asked for a quiet room, away from the lift and with windows not facing the main road. Indeed, we got a quiet room, just what we asked for. The staff welcomed us warmly when we checked in, and saw us off when the taxi picked us up (and helped us with our heavy luggage). Our premier twin-bed room is spacious! We had three big suitcases, and had plenty of room to walk about and do some yoga too. The breakfast was fabulous - it wasn't included in our booking. We paid 55 dirham pp for an incredible buffet that's served 7am to noon. There was a variety of breakfast and lunch options to choose from! The location is quite central. Dubai mall is within walking distance. At the current weather (December, with an average 28 degrees), the walk is pleasant as there is an ACed bridge that takes us directly to Dubai Mall and many attractions nearby.

There were limited plugs in our room, and more than half of them did not work. We had to keep unplugging appliances to get our phones charged, and blow dry our hair... We could put up with it as we were out most of the time during the day.

Stay near the Burj-Khalifa

The hotel is located just a 5 minutes walk from Metro, the check-in was super easy. The reception staff is very welcoming and supportive, special thanks to Sara. The room was quite big and the wifi worked well. Burj-Khalipa and Dubai Mall is just walking distance.

The breakfast can be improved, especially with the fruits. The rooms are arranged in a way that day light is not that much in it, mine was looking in the courtyard.

Πολύ πλούσιο πρόγευμα. Κοντά στο metro. 15 λεπτά περπάτημα.

Στην περιοχή υπάρχει μόνο ένα coffeε shop. Θα πρέπει να πάτε στο κέντρο για περισσότερες επιλογές

أفضل فندق في دبي

كل شي اعجبني بالفندق الهدوء والراحة وسرعة استجابة الموظفين وسرعة اجراءات الدخول ولطافة الموظفين والفندق نظيف جدا والغرف واسعة كذلك الفندق قريب من كل الخدمات ومن الاماكن السياحية وبأذن الله كل زيارة لي في دبي سوف احجز في نفس الفندق

Great location to move around.

Excellent location. Walkable to Dubai mall metro station and Dubai mall. Breakfast was decent.

Some power cut caused inconvenience and repair work in the Mazaya mall was disturbing occasionally.

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt goed verzorgd. Op loopafstand van de metro ingang. Locatie een vette plus. Zwembad was prima.

In de kamers werkte de airco goed alleen de uitblaas van de airco stond precies gericht op het bed. Dus elke keer een koude windvlaag als de airco weer aansloeg. Dit was om te slapen niet prettig.

My stay at Leva Hotel and Suits was mind blowing.

The location is excellent !! rooms are extra big and food was wonderful.

The initial delay to check in due to my personal error which I assumed Leva Hotel would understand. But it was resolved at no cost to me.

Un bon emplacement, personnel accueillant réactif et agréable, Nous sommes arrivés avec un peu d'avance, et nous n'avons pas eu trop à attendre, La suite di simple et très bien disposé. Un petit déjeuner très copieux, varié et très bon Seul bémol, on n'a pas eu la chance d'avoir une chambre avec vue sur le Bourj Khalifa.😁 On vous conseille vivement vu le rapport qualité prix Merci à tout le staff

Gutes Hotel in der Nähe zur Dubai Mall

Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal freundlich Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sauber und die Zimmer sind gross.

Es steht geschrieben, dass es eine Rooftop Sisha lounge gäbe auf dem Dach beim Pool. Leider ist dort gar nichts ausser einem Pool, sehr schade.
