I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their kindness during my stay. A special mention goes to the doormen at the hotel entrance — they were incredibly kind, polite, and always welcoming. Their warm attitude made a real difference every day.
I also want to thank the housekeeping staff. The room was always perfectly clean, everything smelled fresh, and they were all very helpful and attentive. Their work was impeccable.
I truly became attached to everyone’s kindness, and I sincerely hope to see them again one day. I 100% recommend this hotel. Between the outstanding cleanliness and the fresh, delicious food, you are treated like royalty. Everyone is polite, friendly, and absolutely lovely. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

Hotel is lovely, very clean and beautiful. Staff are great and very helpful. Our stay had had to be extended due to the problems in the UAE. Not been able to get much information from the hotel but I think this is because they are not getting any either,
