I loved the room its nice the reception and cleaning room staff are fast and amazing. I love that they have a valet parking included with the room this saves a lot of time and effort

The room, breakfast and the facilities were amazing.
The hotel has more of a party atmosphere, with loud music and noise around the pool starting from the morning. It is not ideal for a relaxing stay and seems more suited to a younger, party-oriented crowd, despite having excellent amenities and facilities.

The location and the facilities
The hotel is beautiful, with great facilities and a lot of potential, but the customer service needs improvement.
At check-in, I was not given basic information about the facilities or check-out time. During my two-night stay, I received several notices about room service despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. I also received a payment reminder even though I had already booked and paid for the full stay and provided a deposit.
The most disappointing experience was receiving a call at 4:00 a.m. asking me to register a guest who had only visited my room for about an hour. This was extremely inconvenient and unnecessary, especially at that time of night.
Overall, the hotel has excellent facilities and a beautiful setting, but better communication, service, and attention to guest experience would make a big difference.
