We are staying at Vida Emirates Hills every time we come to Dubai. Lately the standard went little downhill. We had some eggs for breakfaat that tooks us all day to diggest (clearly not the best quality), couldn’t charge my EV car because one guy kept his car on charger for 24h, it took the reception 4 hours to make the guest move his car, last time we stayed the fridge and AC were broken. Vida needs to step up its game

Love the location and the design and how clean
Given current situation, they significantly reduced the staff and it’s felt. Laundry is slow and expensive, no concierge always struggle to link the ground floor and the reception and very poor communication amongst the staff.
