The facilities were excellent, and the overall experience was amazing. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional and helpful throughout my visit. A special mention to Dipa at reception, who was exceptional. He took the time to explain all the facilities, assisted me with everything I needed and made the entire experience seamless. His friendly attitude and willingness to help really stood out. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommended!
